The law firm is Natale Law Offices and I was stupid enough to come to a settlement with them. I paid in full by a bank draft and they took my money and never reported it as paid to the credit department. I have called them numerious times but they do not want to correct it.I have also been refused loans because of this unpaid debt and when I explain it to the bank and the credit department they tell me there is nothing they can do until Natale Law Offices AFS US Inc reports it as paid.

If you are thinking of settling get it something writing from them before the cheque clears.

Listen "Corona Pete", you may want to lay off the Corona's, as it appears to be significantly impairing your brain function (and probably other parts of your body, as well).  I have no debt; zero debt.  The person they are trying to contact is a complete stranger to me; no association whatsoever.  They call day and night and I have instructed them to cease and desist.  I am going to have to sick my attorney on them.  Now a bit of advise to you; take your drunken self down to the local community college and sign up for some English courses because you are desperately in need of them.  Also, you might want to contact your local AA chapter.  Just sayin'....

The guy who mentioned Global could be right.  These jerks have been spamming my cell phone for months.  Every few weeks a new number comes up.  Do you know what I do?  I label you when you call  with a new number and I give you a special ring tone which is silence.

The people you represent are crooks.  They are either these energy brokers or Rogers.  You should be happy the people you represent got a cent out of me.  

This is not a case where I don't have funds.  If the people you represent were honest, they would have gotten that money.

msg - Natlie Law Offices - something's not right - did call put on hold so i decided to google it while i was waiting - saw these msgs and hung up....they are still at it - NUMBER 1-888-653-1524

this is the second call I received. This time, they gave an extention number of: 8725, and said "Press any number to speak with our legal representative or call us back at..." and gave the number.

january 2010 and they appear to still be at it. "you have an important message from Natali Law office... press to speak with a legal assistant" every frickin day i have 1 particular work cell. i pressed 1 for s**ts and giggles today and was on hold for 20 minutes before i decided to get back to work. every 30 seconds " this call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes" "all of our assistants are busy, your call is important to us, please hold for the first available representative" computer fuckup dialer couldn't tell i pressed 1 i guess.

Got an odd call this evening about a case number...no details, just a callback number.  Called it back to Natale Law Offices???  Not sure why.

I have this recorded message calling me on both my house & cell phone every other day with the same stern male voice and citing a case number. It is obviously a huge scam but how are they getting away with it?

Called me at the office! Said "press 1 now to speak to a lawyer". Probably is a scam, but one made by morons, as it is not obvious what the scam is.

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  
When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  
I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.
They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

I owe a total of 600 odd dollars to Rogers that I was honestly unaware of until recently receiving a letter from this Law firm. The debt comes from an unpaid internet bill that that was under my name long after I moved out of the apartment I was living in. It's kind of a long story but anyway.. I am mostly wondering if there is anything this "Law" firm can actually do to me other that ruin my credit? They are threatening to take me to court over $600? I have no qualms paying the debt owed to rogers but I will absolutely not pay this law firm the amount owed. When I pay rogers will the law firm just give up?
