I work for a major corporation, and this call was left at the receptionist voice mail early this morning. It was a woman's voice, threatening in tone, demanding a person call back by the end of business or "decisions will be made without your knowledge," and it was the last attempt to contact. It definately sounded scripted. No idea who the pesron is they are trying to reach, but since this is the first time we've gotten such a message, it sounds like a scam. Also, this company did not identify who they are at all. Just call us at this number or else!

The information you gave was extremely helpful.  I too have been dunned for a debt I do not and never did owe.  Unfortunately, my name is extremely common.  Once I told these "people" that I am not the person they are looking for, I was called a liar and threatened with all sorts of things.

I bit back.  While I won't bother to harass them with phone calls, my attorney has been alerted, as has my family.

It's too bad these "bill collectors" or whomever they are have to resort to lies, trickery and scamming to make a living.  It makes one wonder how they can look themselves in the face.

Also as suggested, I've notified the Attorney General for my State.

Just got home and got a ugly message from these ____holes.  I called them back and they wanted me to verify my ss number and I refused.  They are called about a cash advance in another state.  Which cash advances in Georgia are illegal, so they dont have a leg to stand on and they know it.  They are threatening to take me to court,  I told them to send the paper and my attorney and I will be there.  They are bluffing and they think all people are stupid and they can buffulo people and scare people.  Well IM NOT SCARED.  They bought this account from another company and trying to make a dime by taking advantage of poor people, well they will have to mess with someone else because I am not buying it and I will report to the appropriate government agency if they chose to call back.

Got a call from this number today.  I have never had a pay day loan and owe no one a penny.  My phone number has been used by someone else in reference to a home number given to AT&T to obtain a cell phone by someone I do not know.  They also used my mailing address and had their bills mailed to my address.  Idiot! I sent the mailings back to AT&T and called AT&T about this issue.  This is the only known reason for a company like this to call my number.

I was contacted by these people who were unable to give me any information on the stores that I did business with, which left me feeling very uneasy.  I specifically told them I needed more information or something in writing which they were unable to provide me.  I just don't do business like this.

I have been getting calls from someone that I do not know..they have disclosed personal information about this person even though I told them I do not know this person.  I filed a complaint on BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs in NY.  I looked up the name of Turning Point Solutions LLC, and G S Holdings LLC which are the same company along with other companies.  There is some litigation pending...Look online.  the address is the same.  A man name Vicent Fisher called back to apologize for the comments of his staff when I was only trying to get my number removed.  They were rude and hung up on me several times.  His email address is Vrap@gsholdingsllc.com.  The license number is 1420727 for TPS and the Department of Corporation registered agent is Sam Galbo.

A guy would called everyday stating that owe and would leave an acct no own my sister voicemail. Also he said i got 24hours to report back at this number.

You report them to your bank and call the attorney general for your state and also let the local police know what happened.  Any transaction can be followed if they used your checking account or debit card, it will leave a trail. Give these guys a kick in the pants do not be scared of them. make their day bad.

they called me too with a bunch of useless threats. I do not care if they have my info, I will not verify anything or give them anything.   Recent calls have been coming from a locator who claims he will find me and make me give him the information they are asking for or else go to jail.  I told him to please come to my address I got something for him!!

I got a call from two different numbers stating they where gonna send a warrant out for my arrest for a two pay day loans I don't even remember. One guy by the name of Micheal Adams call me from a (404)991-2269 didn't sound professional at all. Then she called back again the next day on a (678)607-2696

ditto...left me a robotic message making so sense.  no company or reference to it.  also have called my parents and partner's phones.  i have advised them i have reported them to my state attny generals office as i have in the past for these types of calls.

I just tried to call this number,  I get a message that it is disconnected.  and this was the number they left in the voice message.  They have been calling and threatening for I dont know how long.  They have no valid claim under the law.

I too get these same harassing telephone calls.   My question is has  anyone actually been sued or arrested by these people??   I have been going through this for about 3 yrs now!!   They just keep giving my information to different people!   And I just keep telling them this was paid in 2010!!!  But they wont stop!!

Recieved a call from a local number with a recorded message asking for me by name. They asked me to call back 888-656-8768. Told me this in regards to a payday loan I have defaulted on. Funny thing is I was recieving calls a few months ago from a different company that asked for me by name saying I owed for a pay day loan. I have NEVER had a payday loan in my life and neither has my husband. We are currently trying to purchase a house so I just recently reviewed our credit score and history and I know exactly where I stand. Just be careful before you pay anyone anything!!

I called this number 1-888-656-8768 tps associates. I tried to work out a solution and they would not work with me. They wanted 500.00 a month for a 600.00 loan. Then it went to 250.00 then it went to 450.00 to pay in full today. I told them I wanted to mail a payment via western union or a money order they refused. I asked for them to mail a copy of loan agreement they refused. I asked for their address they refused. The gentleman hung on me said he will take me to court. I don"t understand how this could be when I tried to work out a resoultion to the debt. This is crazy. It sounds to me that even though the debt may be real they do not want to release any informetion to you to show you that they really are collecting on the debt. i was worried that they would take the money and I would still owe the debt.

THEY DID THE EXACT SAME THING TO ME. I ASKED THEM FOR AN EMAIL WITH MY ORIGIONAL LOAN DOCUMENTATION WHICH THEY LEGALLY HAVE TO SHOW YOU PROOF OF, AND LIKE YOU SAID, NOTHING.  IF THEY ARE LEGIT, THEY WOULD HAVE PROVIDED WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR OVER AND OVER. I HAD ACTUALLY MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM FOR THIS DEBT AND THEY DID RECEIVE ONE PAYMENT OF 75.00 FROM ME, BIT WHEN THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION I REQUESTED, I CANCELLED THEY PAYMENTS.  ASK AND YOU SHALL RECIEVE, ASK AND GET NOTHING, WELL...GET NOTHING LOL LOL.

REALLY you believe that calling people names being rude and hateful is the best means to get your money owed.  One of your people called my phone for the 2nd time for someone I do not even know, and they were RUDE to say the least, and I don't owe any money to you, or a payday loan.  Does your business not pride yourself on customer service skills at all. SHAME ON YOU!!  I do understand that your job might totally suck being a debt collector, and you might get the same excuses time after time and day after day, but those people trying to pay the best they can, give them a break, dont treat them like crap, we are all trying to do the best we can in this economic slide.  If you hate your job so much and find yourself being so hateful to people do us a favor and find a new job that makes you happy, so everyone doesn't have to suffer.  Catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
