Found an unauthorized charge on my debit card with this number and the name "Two Part Investments"

This company stole 437.00 from my credit card with unauthorized charges. I was promised over a month ago a full refund and nothing. Now, they apparently have a problem with the phones. Anyone have an address, I want to sue these bastards?

they called me bout the google kit charged me 3.88 to my debit next day i searched online and found out it was a scam so i cancelled my debit card before they charge $72

Yeah its a crock I got charged 3.88 then 72.21 and 72.21 a month later when I finally noticed it and filled a dispute.  I am also going to call the 888 number to see about getting the money back and canceling this crap.

they are charging extra amount of about $73     instead of only $3.88. This is all very bad first of all we are running short of money and this is happening. The number from which we receive a call doesn't work at all.Please do something

I was tricked into the same scam. I initiated a dispute charge with citcards today for $72.21. I feel like strangling these cheap bunch of morons who are making a living out of robbing people off. Have any of you got this money back from your credit card company? If so, please tell me what best can be done.

I called that number and they said that it was not them but that they would do research and if they were responsible they would return my money.

There was unauthorized charge on my bank statement. The charge was $72.21. My bank did a research on it and gave the number of the merchant (800-379-5036). The number on bank statement for who charged me and did it on my bank was not complete. It was 888-6578. I want my money back. My income is only social security and a small pension. Right now I am renting a room at a friends home. The money is very important to me. I also got a box but sent it back because I did not recognize the sender. I paid $3.45 to send it back on January 30, 2009 just two days after I reeived it. I called the delivery confirmation receipt, the box was delivered February 2, 2009 at 11:13 A.M. This is a terrible thing the merchant is doing to people and it shows a merchant that does not do business by not telling people what they are doing.

Last month statment, "Two Part Investments LLC" put the charge on my account.  This month, they changed me as "Internetinitiative 4 888-657-8585 NV" for $72.21 with no reason at all. I just requested dispute to my account and request stop this merchant...

I noticed a charge on my credit card from "Two Part Investments LLC" not sure who they are. Tried to call to no avail.

I received a call from (888) 657-8585 and they gave me a web address which does not exist.  WHo are these people?

got a charge in my bank account of $72.21 that I did not make!! do not reconze this phone number; or the folks who charged that amount in my bank!!!!

Received a charge of $71.21 on my credit card from this service that should have only cost me $3.88 for some google kit that i have never received No Kit or No E-Mail the is truly a scam.

Scammed and Violated.....I'm not angry about the money but more so about the beast that bit me.   Bite back by contacting the BBB in Nevada and fill out the complaint online - its pretty easy to do.  Luckily I live in Vegas and will stop by the company office today to request the refund in person.

I actually found the add for this company on craigslist. I thought $3.88 would be worth a look-see. Well a week later they jacked the $72.21 from my account without authorization. When I called to choke someone through the phone, she said by agreeing to the terms and conditions it gave them authorization. I should know better. I filed a dispute with the card it was charged to. still waiting for results.

Well...I visited the main office of this ripoff company today 12/1/08 at about 930am since I happen to live in the Vegas area.  Its a 1 story building. The only entry is through the front entrance where you are greeted by a secretary that acts as the liason to any one of the businesses that occupies space in the building.  Also, one side of the front door window was replaced with plywood - I wouldnt be surprised if a brick made its way through the door window.   Anyhow, she informed me that no one was currently in the office and that the business does not have a phone hookup.  She said I may leave a note with her and she will put it in their mailslot.  So I left a message in an envelope requesting a refund and gave it to the messenger -  I doubt I will get a satisfying response and I'm sure I will be making another visit eventually.  I will try to keep u posted as I go into phase II of my reimbursement.

Yeah, I got scammed as well.  They got my credit card info and went on a shopping spree.  I've already cancelled my credit card and disputed the charges.

Caller by the name of T.J left message from whythrive.com and wanted to interview me to see if they could help me set up my online business.Then I'm sure the need money would come up..Never called back. I've been told this company ask for alot of up front money so BEWARE OF SCAMS...This number was 1-888-208-9320 ext 8005

I was Billed for3.88/72.21 and have no record of ordering any thing.

I hung up the phone when the perp asked for my credit card number, then the nerve to ask for the numbers on the back. Free isn't 'Free' anymore.
