Just wondering if you've had any luck on tracking anything down? I don't know how people can live with themselves cheating others.

Just curious...did you get any support from your bank? I'm in the same situation and trying to figure out what to do and how to do it.

Yes this is a travel scam company.  If you've been scammed file a complaint to your Better Business Bureau and also call you bank and file a Fraud/stop payment immediately.  The banks and the BBB will get them and the owners of this scam.  They try to misdirect you if you call.  My check went to Unleashed Services... but we'll track them down.

It looks like they have taken me for $2720 and my friends for $1030.  I filed a complaint with the better business bureau.  I'm talking to my bank tomorrow, hoping they have a solution.

Yes they have several companies under WORLD WIDE TRAVELING. I am very good about dealing with scams but I am sad to say they got me out of $1200.00 here are a few of other numbers they used 1 800-861-7313 - 1-866-659-5584 -1-888-400-3957. And one number tell you to call 512-388-0512 and they say they are a apartment complex in Vegas. They do have this cheap looking website that I recently found www.worldwideamericatravel.com and also here is a list of all the names they have went under.

I called and everything everyone is saying is definitely true...I will be contacting AG and filing a complaint.  There are no traces of this company(s) and I believe there is more than just one they have several identities claiming to be travel agencies.  It's such a shame that people take advantage of other peoples hard earned cash.

just program you fax machine to call them back on the voice line. over and over, most machines let you tell it to retry. the get a nice fax tone repeatedly while you can go about your business.

RE:  (888) 659-5584:  The guy answered the phone by saying ?reservations?.  I asked him what the name of the company was and he said WW Travel.  I told him we had previously requested that his company stop sending us their spam faxes.  And the little bugger angrily said, ?I don?t appreciate you calling me spam.?  I promptly told the moron that I was referring to his company and he said ?same thing?.  I then told him that if they didn?t stop faxing us I would report him to the state Attorney General?s office and the troll said, ?I don?t give a sh** what you do,? and then hung up.  I looked up the phone # and found this site.  On Monday I had just called the # on the fax it says to call if you want to be removed from their list which does not work.  So I called their reservation line and an equally unpleasant woman answered the phone, promising to take our fax # off their list.  That?s it for me.  I?m calling the AG?s office to complain.  I hope you all do the same and put these scammers out of business.

I called the reservation number....when I asked for their company name..they hung up...when I called again the operator began swearing at me....how's that for a business?

Just run an ad in Craigslist and use their phone number of 888-659-5584 while selling something very cheap.  All calls will then go to them and tie up their lines.   Pick a big city like Chicago or New York where you get great exposure to run your ad.

These people are crooks! Don't give them your info. I called and asked what's the name of their company and she wouldn't give me the name. Then I asked why she couldn't give me the name she hung up on me. They tried to get my checking account info, but I wouldn't budge. The government needs to shut these people down.

I get faxes from this number almost every week.  When I called, the person answered by saying "Reservation". When I asked for the neme of the company, they person said the company is a travel agency but wouldn't tell the name of the travel agency. So I dialed the number at the bottom of the flyer - 1-877-370-2808. to remove my fax number for their data base.

They answer the phone saying "reservations".  She asked for my banking account info, I told her I needed to learn more about the comapny first.  She said the website is for corporate members only,  She said I could do my Due Diligience and call back, I asked how was I supposed to do that when when they don't have a website she told me to google wwwtravel.  SMH it's such a shame that they are scamming people.

I called the number just to see what they could tell me and "Vicki" said they were located in California and I could only pay with a checking account OVER the PHONE. The vacations have a grace period of booking no earlier than 45 days....isnt that about how long you can file a claim to get your funds back through your bank when fraud happens??? Well any way, I asked her if they had a website and she said it was not open to the public. I asked her if they had a local office, she said no, only in California. I asked her how they received our fax number, she said that she only books vacations and their marketing department produces the advertisments. I asked her how they were able to do it so cheap, she said they sell to exclusive clients only. I asked ehr the name of their company and she said they were a travel agency and did not provide the name.

I got a fax with great vacation deals, when I called to ask about how they could do it so cheap, they could not explain, they would not give me the name of their travel agency and the woman hung up on me.  BEWARE
