Calls my cell phone about 2-3 times a day, never leaves a message.

Several calls and messages about copyright infringement.????

these people are calling several times a day and don't say anything , I would like to see their phone priviledges revoked and maybe a few broken fingers as well

the caller does this day and night , I just pick up the phone and let them talk withthe reciever down wasting their time they never seem to get the hint , I'm not interested in what any of them have to say or sell , someday these jack***es will get the hint !

After receiving a 'pre-qualified' mailer, I applied for a JUNIPER credit card which was to be sent by Barclays Bank Delaware. The promotion was for 0% on Purchases & Balance Transfers for a full 15 months. (It sounded 'too good to be true'!) And, I have been receiving calls from this number for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I never answer the phone & they NEVER leave a message, so there is some kind of scam going on. Of course, they now have all of my personal information so I hope that they get 'busted', before they have a chance to do anything with it.

Called me several times usually during the work day when I don't answer (I teach) but never left a message. On a Saturday they called and I answered. The woman said she was calling from Barclay's Bank about a credit card I had applied for. I did not apply for a credit card and Barclay's is in London. She wanted to verify my social security number and my mother's maiden name. I told her no and hung up.

This number calls at least once a day. Most of the time they just hang up and others they ask for my boss. Today I insisted they give me a call back number but they kept saying they would call back at a more convenient time, I said "Sir you do not know when a more convenient time will be so please give me your company name, number, and who to call back" he replied with I can not. I asked why he was calling if he did not know any information and he said it was "personal business matters" and that he only knew what was it front of him and that it was the Barclay Bank Detroit. I told him to never call again. I then called back the number to see who it sent me too and it was a marketing place.

Scam alert!  I'm also receiving calls a couple times a day.  Usually a hang up, finally got someone on the line yesterday afternoon.  The lady did not identify herself.  Asked if I was so and so...I said why are you calling?  She said they had recently recieved my credit application and needed to ask me some clarifying questions, etc.  Hubby was with me and coached me to not say anything to them and to get a call back phone number.  I asked where they were calling from and was there another phone number I could call back because I didn't trust the nature of the call.  She put me on hold for OVER 1 MINUTE to get a name and phone number of the company she was calling from!  She finally claimed she was from Barclay's Bank Delaware.  I Googled bank and phone number (different from this phone number that came up on caller ID: 888-664-2632).  Barclay's website says their customer service line is yet another phone number.  I do not trust these phone calls!  Yes, I recently sent a couple CC apps out in the mail, but husband says they never call.  They either send the card or a letter explaining why they did not. I suggest you do not give them your info!

i've received 3 calls from this number (on my cell) and they hang up when i answer.  maybe they're looking for my husband.

After being a victim of a nigerian internet scam and going to jail for it, (case dismissed) I'm very skeptical about my personal info. I got a call from this number and they said they needed to confirm cc info. I agreed and they confirmed my full name and zip code. Asked to confirm the last 4 of my soc and I said I don't believe the validity of this call. THEY HUNG UP!

I have received calls from this number on my home and cell phone both. I called the number back and requested to be put on the do not call list. Will keep you posted.
How did ACS Marketing get both numbers? Is my information being sold from my credit card companies? I do not give out my phone numbers to any other entity except those with which I have a credit account.
If this is the case does anyone know how to stop it?

HAS CALLED ME ALREADY A COUPLE OF TIMES ADN ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND. I ASKED IF SHE WANTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE THEN HANG UP ON HER. NEVER LIVES A MESSAGE

The woman asked my husband if he had applied for a Master Card credit card.  He replied "I'm listening."  She proceeded to say she needed to verify his information.  He asked her if she had the file there in front of her and she said she didn't.  He told her he'd look in his files to see what companies he'd applied for a card and call her back.  She told him he could not call her back.  He hung up the phone.
