Using the name Michael Fitzpatrick. Record as much as you can and turn this
creep into the local sheriff. We have no debtors jail in americal. Get on usa.gov and use their search
engine to find payday loan scams. This dude should be prison bound if enough people complain.
A woman called my wife and asked her if she knew me. When my wife said we were married,the woman proceeded to state that I could go to prison. That i did a felony and could go to jail. My wife payed two post dated checks and then called me. I had her call back n cancel. He worked her over good. I called and he did the same. I have his recorded voice telling me my social security number.
He gave many accurate details. He did screw up a few details. Contact the FTC. Complain.
I also believe that he uses software to modify his voice. It is possible that he is a gifted in law.When I told him the calls were being recorded he got real sweet and lied through his teeth.

Nice try, but you obviously work for these scam artists and this is a further ploy to try to scare people into paying. I call BS!!

I have worked for this company and it is not a scam.  They actually purchase the accounts from places like Cash Net U.S.A and then collect on them.  They are able to do this as they own the rights to the account and you owe the money.  They also have two offices which employ attorneys.  Because of this they are able to sue on accounts - which they have done many times in New York.

While I don't agree with collectors threatening people to obtain payment, the sad fact is that many debtors will play this victim game.  They will state that every collection agency is a scam and that they feel harassed.  They will use this as an excuse not to pay the bill.

Bottom line:  You spent the money.  Please pay it back.  We don't pick random names from a phone book; You made this mess, it needs to be cleaned.  Had you payed the bill back then you would not be in collections today.

Also the 888-665-2813 was the number he left on my voice mail for me to call back on. He says I took out this loan June of last year and I owe all this money. He also proceeded to tell me that he was going to turn this into my county where I live if this matter was not or can not be resolved and charges would be filed against me for bank fraud. Once again tonight when I was at work he called leaving me a very hateful message about bring charges against me. The strange thing when I listened to the voice message he left I decided to run the number online and that when I seen your post on the very same man for the very same thing. Not only that how in the heck can someone get you for bank fraud on your own account??? Well anyway this really helped me feel better because I was really worried and was trying to figure out when I was supposed to of taken out this loan the bad thing about all this is he had all my information and that's what was really creepy. My bank account is getting changed and my direct deposit has been stopped from my employer. Thank You this helped alot and makes you realize what people will do and how far they will go to get money from anyone. These people need to be stopped and charged for fraud.

I recieved a phone call to return a call to this number, the call came from a 716-929-7560 IEVOLVE, INC. The person was named John  something. He said something about check fraud, which I have no clue, since he did leave any other information. I am in the middle of filing a chapter 13 and I listed many companies on the relieve debt list. So Im not sure. and I think they are not suppose to contact me anyways, correct?

I just received a call from Sal... from a company named IAR. The caller couldn't tell me what that stood for. He had a case # , and a call back # . When I told him that without more information that my son probably would not return his call, he proceeded to threaten me with a warrant and as he was hanging up the phone, he called me a scumbag. I am sure this is a scam. No professional would even think to say such a thing.

   This number came up on my caller ID.  This is a scam.  Do not be afraid of what they threatnen you with.  

   If you answer right the first time they call you they will tell you that they are representing a lawyer company.  They said their company is Intergraded S. Recovery.  They will have all the information on you when they call such as a past bank account, social security number, drivers license number, address, your county of residence, etc.....  They will use a variety of people and names when they answer the phone.  The name they used for me was Micheal Kirkpatrick.  

  They will even go as far to claim a company that you may really owe money has turned you into them.  They are very clever when it comes to scaring people.  In my case they said Cash Net U.S.A turned me in.  This concerned me because I do really owe Cash Net U.S.A.

  Do not be afraid because of the information they have on you.  I have gone through these scams before and have talked to local police, County Attorney, State Attorney, FBI, and the BBB.  They all told me the same thing.  In all 50 states of the United States if you have bad checks out the county attorney or state attorney must send you a letter stating where the bad check was written too, how much the check was written for, the date, and other vital information.  In most all cases of bad checks the letter will be from the county attorney for the county that the bad check was written in.  They attorney's will tell you how much you owe including fees and how long you have to pay the check or checks off.  If you do not pay the bad checks off to the county attorney in that time then an arrest warrant will be issued for your arrest.  Also they all told me that no company can have you arrested for debt.  They said that not even a real collection company can have you arrested.

 Also a real collection company must send you a letter to verify the debt.  Ask for a letter from these people and they will not send you a letter.  Also an real collection company must state the line this is an attempt to collect a debt.  These people do not say that.

  PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION OR A PRE PAID DEBIT CARD INFORMATION.  They will use that to say you gave them permission to take funds from your account or preapaid card.

  To make them give up sooner if not that day tell them you are reporting them to the FBI and BBB.  Also say that you are on the way to your lawyers office right now.  Hope this helps keep you from going through what I have before with another company.

    They can not put you in jail.  In any state in the United States if you have bad checks against you the county attorney for the county where the bad check was written has to send you a letter with the amount, check number, company name, and other vital information.  Also the county attorney has to state in that letter how much you owe including their fees.  Also they give you so long to pay before a warrant for your arrest is issued.  

   If they call you or you call them tell them that you are reporting them to the FBI and the BBB and they will eventually give up.  In my case they usually give up that day when I say the FBI word.

I just received a call from Mr. Kilpatrick.. They left no company name and gave me a reference number. I called the number and he is in a meeting.

a kelly simmons called from this number saying my niece owes a bank $ for a bad check 2 years ago.same person called grandmother,brother,and nephew saying pay or we will take out an arrest warrent for all of you.this family doesn't owe bank anything.another money scam.call attorney general in your state.don't pay them a dollar!!!

I got a call too from Micheal Kirkpatrick with an english accent. I paid 300 already. Is it a scam? he keeps saying its a hot check and that the county sheriff can come to my house and pick me up.. I have no idea what to do.

Lol its a debt collector, same guy call me, its actually a recorded msg he left several times, they will threaten and scare u but can't file charges for a debt, just trying to make u pay. Don't fall for it

i just receivied a call from this number 716-929-7560, the person name John Ault left a msg for me to contact him immed. He left a case number as well stating that he would turn it over to hillsbourgh county. No Company. This cat has called all hrs of the day and night.

This companyu called saying about a legal issue and left message to call back and reference #. they said that I have to call back before calling the sherriff dept from where I live. Can they do that & put me in jail I know I owe the money but I'm not working at this time. the person that called his name is michael.

Called about an acct from B of A that was settled through another company over 4 years ago. Threated legal action. Called my whole family looking for me, only person they didn't call, was me.

Left message saying name was John Ault and needed to talk to me before he made a decision on my account. asked me to call 888-665-2813. Didn't identify a company name.
