This is from fraud services. I got a call from this number twice related to a fraud claim. The first time, I thought it was bogus, but the second 1 told me that they'd received my fraud statement, which I'd just sent.

I also have a fraud case with B of A...but I do not answer random numbers...and there was no voice mail either. My case with B of A has been closed in my favorite. All is good.

Saw a missed call from this number. VM was blank. Have been working through a fraud case with Bank of America.

Saw Kevin's post. I did send in a fraud statement to Bank of America. This might be the reason I recieved a call.

1-888-665-3578 "Card Services" called under a private status and delivered a automated voice message stating they received my fraud report and no other actions were needed and they would call for more information if needed. Nobody in our household did such a thing. I tried calling back and the number was mysteriously not in service. Probably scammers. Dirtbags!! Get a real job!!
