The "do not  call" list is a joke---doesn't work.

The FDCPA/ can tell you what your rights are.

This number calls me frequently and will not stop after being told not to call anymore.

Company is NCO Financial trying to reach someone else. I told them they had a wrong numbet.

Same call different day.  This time a woman with an unidentifiable accent stating initially that the call was being recorded, refusing to identify herself after repeated requests and refusing to acknowledge my request to speak to a manager or have my name removed from their list.   More fun this time but phone still required to be sanitized with bleach!

Hispanic accented male caller asked for name I didn't recognize.  The name sounded spanish.  I told the caller that he had the wrong number as he had my personal cell phone.  He quickly stated "this call is being recorded" in a creepy trickster-felling way and then "so you are saying you do not know [same undecipherable name]".  I disconnected the caller and wiped my cell phone with bleach.

Caller is NCO Financial group,  Shyster debt collection company.  They try to get old folks to pay  bills they don't owe by pretending to be legitimate collection company.

This company has been calling my cell phone for weeks, I have told them repeatly that this number does not belong to the person they are calling with no results.  I don't know what else to do but block their number from my cell.  Any other suggestions?

Called today, no idea who it is

this number is NCO financial debit collector..they have called daughters phone # everyday for well over a month. My daughter has been told to not answer calls from numbers she does not know, she finally showed me her call log and these people have blown her phone up with calls, I called them told them 1. I am recording this call  2.I want your name please  3.  ask who he was trying to reach...He says his name was Fernando ???? something....He says he is trying to reach Phillip Galindo, I said you have the wrong number and this number had been issued to my daughter, so please stop calling this number, he said he would take it off the list. We shall see!!!! what they usually do is hand it over to another collector and it starts all over again.....!!!!   Soooo...we shall block it too and see what happens

The number is from a company called NCO Financial. It is a debt recovery company. This is the 2nd time they called me in 3 days. I told Sara that no one exists by that name they requestedon my number, and that I have had this phone number for more than 18 months.

I also informed her that I had previously requested the number be removed from the list, and that I would proceed with legal action with their following call.

Calls all the time.

I received this auto message.This number is NCO Financial Services, a debt collection company. This is an attempting to collect a debt and any information received will be used for that purpose. That is the message they leave on my voice mail every time they call. They usually call once a day, at different times of the day. the name to call back was a Randall Gunn... I dont owe anyone any money...  So annoying....

This number is NCO Financial Services, a debt collection company. This is an attempting to collect a debt and any information received will be used for that purpose. That is the message they leave on my voice mail every time they call. They usually call once a day, at different times of the day. Sometimes at eight o'clock in the morning, sometimes at ten o'clock at night, and anytime in between. They always ask that I call them back and speak to a customer service rep. Every few days the name of the customer service rep changes. I guess they rotate cases or something. This seems to be regarding a Directv disputed bill from the previous owner of my telephone number. You try to explain to them that phone numbers are changed VERY frequently these days and new owners are not responsible for the sins of the previous owner. They just laugh, think you're lying to them, and keep beating the same dead horse. If you want to stop being bothered by these types of calls, may I suggest a $12 piece of software called iBlacklist for a jailbroken iPhone.

I called the number back and a recording say "this call may be recorded" ...
