I got scammed too and I am working with credit card companies to dispute and block this company for resubmitting the charges.

My fiance got scammed by these people to!
However she was sent to them over the phone via KASPERSKY!
She was hard-sold for over an hour and a half until she broke down and gave them her CC#.
We connected two laptops until I relented to my suspicions and cut them off.
They tried not to refund the money and we had to cut up the Credit Cards.
I hope they didn't damage the computer in any way.
I tried to complain to Kaspersky but they didn't want to hear it!
We are no longer going use Kaspersky!
Shut this damn company down!!

i called them to try and get mc afee removed compleatley form my computer. the person on the phone got me to connect via log me in, after that she typed cd..

then i looked like she quikly typed dir repetitively to the point where i looked like she was actualy doing something then at the end typed netstat and told me that the # were hakers ips. realy. cd.. is moving the directory up and dir shows the directory in it, net stat shows normal connections to the internet. then told me i nead to buy 199 service to remove them. i sead no and she got pissed of and hung up.

I am Customer with TechVantedge and i had a issue for which local technician is charging $300 and not taking guarantee. And yes they are very legit company when i processed the payment i got the receipt in just 30 secs or less then it. These people are local fake company people who are trying to make this company look bad(How i know - because i have been scammed with people like these)..Techvantedge is a legit company that's how they got trust rating of 78%..

I thought this was a scam, but got taken for 398.00, will report this to my card co. as soon as they open, my bitdefender anti virus was not working, I called bitdefender and got the tech support of tech vantedge, they showed me on my computer that it had koobface with 86,480 hits and said it comes from facebook, all along I had a gut feeling that something wasn't right. They talk a very good story, I was watching while they were fixing the problem, the tech used his name as JIFFIN, he downloaded 'HitmanPro_x64exe' and also 'ATF-cleaner.exe, the number I used was 1-877-629-1001 and said they are available 24-7, and then put back bitdefender antivirus plus 2013.
Can't wait for morning to call my card to cancel this money, it didn't go through yet.

Then tell your employees to pick up calls and take remote session and go to a command prompt. There, run commands such as tree and netstat to find problems on any computer. They also run eventviewer and show you computer errors, they never fix them, just hide them!!
Finally charge them for whatever you & your employees did, and not small amounts, prices start at 149 dollars, go upto sometimes even 1800 dollars.
They even go one step further by hiring technicians who resolve problems, so basically some or most of their technicians are also blatantly telling lies, because they never fix those issues. I run tree command , netstat , again I get the same directory structure and IP addresses !!!!
Somebody shut them down .

SCAM Company , I called them, and they just showed me tree by going to cmd, they kept running the command for a long time until the time it really showed EVERY PATH ENTRY in my computer. After that they said that they have installed an invisible firewall.. !! What can anyone do about this ??

It is most definitely a scam. These people have been calling me for months now and everytime it is the same thing. They tell me that they will take me to court and I tell them to send the paperwork and I'll meet them there and they get really defensive (i've even had some guy curse me out). Then two weeks later I get a new caller who acts like they have never called me before. SCAMMMMMMM!

They keep calling and saying they are from a company called Payday Loan and that I owe $100. When I asked what account they were referencing I was told that it's a company that handles a lot of accounts but was never given any specific information. It's a scam.
