These b*****ds have a negative inquiry on my credit report as PRA...have no idea who they are but Im pissed...Im trying to bring up my credit, and they have a "hard inquiry" on my report that I never authorized. I pulled their number off my credit report.

These people don't have anything better to do! Someone needs to stop them already.  They are scammers.  They scare you about a debt and you call them back no one can give you correct informations.  Please tell me what kind of company are you????  Somebody please stop them!!!

I got a call from this 888# and immediately googled it. After i read this i thought it was a scam. I called in and i was trans to a rep he explained everything to me clearly and even sent me a letter showing everything was legit. I was low on cash so they helped me out and gave me good deal!!

CALLED THIS 888# THOUGHT I WAS BEING SCAMMED...BUT AFTER TALKING WITH ONE OF THERE REPS I FOUND OUT I ACTUALLY WAS IN DEBT WITH MY CAPONE CC...LUCKLY THEY GAVE ME A SWEET SETTLEMENT!!! DON'T KNOW WHY EVERYONE IS MAD!!!

Received a restricted call. Left a message wanting to talk to my son "right now" about some money he apparently owed. I called 888-668-2625 a person answered wanting my name, I didn't give it to him told him I wanted Ext. 8893 he asked for my name again I denied him, he then called an extension and I talked to a John Dons (?)  I asked him why he used a restricted number he questioned the reason and then said he would call me on a readable number which he did (714-361-8893)(not traceable) this guy became very belligerent with me especially when I asked him for a name and address of the firm he represented. after a few minutes of heated conversation he hung up. SCAMMER!!

I just got a call from these idiots thank youall for your comments. I'm just goingto blow them off. Does anyone know a way to report them to the Fait Trade Commission?

In NY here got the same message, I called back the number after I looked it up here and b*tched out the supposed switch board operator who 'doesnt make outbound calls'. He wanted my case number but if I give them the case number they left on the message they will know they have a live body! I hope these guys get screwed in the lawsuit!

I just got a call from these folks and although I believe the debt to be real am reluctent to send the mony to them. Any suggestions on how to verify.

Just got a call stating that someone filed a claim against me and that the papers would be sent to the clerks office in Sac County. Call to discuss the pending legal action and get this matter settled out of court. Case# 16812-10 and no call back in 24 hours they will procede w/ legal action... something like that.

It's a scam, plain and simple, they are a group of desperate kids (20s or 30s), they will call and leave a message saying they are sending out paperwork to the court...blah blah blah.... and they have veryfied your address....ect, They want to freak you out so you call them immediately, IT'S ALL FAKE - Don't fall for their tricks, they have very little information about you, not very smart, you can't get their company name because they simply don't have one! They work our of a little room full of computers and phones! They will attepmt to retrieve your social and other personal and financial information, they do work with "caller I.D." so don't be surprised of what they know - BEWARE!!! AND PLEASE!!!! REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES IF POSSIBLE! These idiots need to be stopped, they have probably stole 100s of thousands of dollars from innocent people just like you and me.

There is a lawsuit, Paula Sanchez vs an unknown debt collector 888-668-2655 & 714-361-8890 in the Western Texas Court system.  Sounds like someone got fed up with their unlawful practices.

SCAMMERS!!!! They are saying they were from HSBC, about a credit card I had in the past, funny thing is I went along with it, (even thoug I know I paid the bill already), just to see how far they would go.

They called and left a message saying that there would be court documents sent to my home for collections... No real company leaves a voice mail stating their attempt to send FedEx to your house... Losers!!!!

A woman called my grandmothers house this evening saying that she needed to contact me so she could serve me papers. She needed my address so she knew where to find me. She wouldn't give my grandma any information except for a number which is 1-888-668-2655 and a case number. For one I haven't lived there in over 7 years, and if I really were to have papers sent to me then someone of the court, or an officer would bring them. They are trying to scare people thinking they are in real trouble so they can steal their money.  Another number that is doing the same is 1-800-640-3849.

Hopefully something will be done to stop these losers!!

I believe its a credit collector who want to catch you...
