I dont know whats up with this company, but i will get them for the fraud they really are. And only hope that this nightmare is over win the dust clear.

This company (888-668-6839) has been calling my phone every day for months.  I've asked that they stop calling but they continue to call me.  Can you please get them to stop calling me!

When calling these people back they said they were from CSI calling on personal business, I said at 4:15 on a Sunday? No I do not conduct business on Sunday afternoon and to take me off their list.We will see if this works.

i have recieved many of these calls,i didnt know others were getting them also,now out of the blue ive been billed 31.00 on my account and ive never agreed to sign for anything thru them,whats going on with these people,time to contact usbank,i wish i had never taken my account to us bank,never again i can tell you that,

Uncle Warren's (Buffett), Berkshire Hathaway Holding Co. owns large portions of US Bank and Central
States Indemnity. CSI tries to sell insurance to US Bank customers. It's super annoying, but not a scam. Just change the privacy settings on your US Bank account to eliminate calls from any company, even another one of Uncle Warren's companies....

More spam calls from this number. No messages.

They haven't called for a few months but have resumed calling. All calls are screened, and callers have the opportunity to leave a message. This caller never does.

This number called tonight looking for my step son.  The caller tried to hang up fast, but I stopped her and demanded she identify herself.  She said she was calling on behalf of US Bank.  I informed her that we were on the State and Federal No-Call lists.  Her response was, "I did not know that."  Seems that if US Bank cared for their customers, they would be aware of the no-call lists and which numbers were on them.  I'm in a good mood this evening; I will email their corporate office.  If they call again, I'll file the complaint with the attorney general of Missouri.

Recieved in the mail- an offer through US Bankcorp insurance services- Gold Plan Hospital Benefits involantary unemployment rider provided by Central States Indemnity Co. of Omaha. Also, accidental death, hospital insurance, etc.  I did call and talk to them at 1-888-642-4340 after having 29.50 deducted from my bank account at US bank. They say that they will reverse the charges.  I had called them before this to make sure there were no charges bieng made to my account- thee person I spoke to told me that they could not deduct anything from my account untill I had returned the acceptance form to them. I have this "acceptance form" in my hand as I am typing this.  Still they took money out of my account.  I am VERY unhappy with US Bankcorp for giving my information to what they claim to be a third party, and will be closing my account with them due to many pre-screened offers coming to my unlisted home phone, and my mailbox.

I have also gotten these calls, every day, sometimes 4 times a day.  I read where someone else contacted USBank and asked them to please remove them from the telemarketing list, and I have just done so.  The rep was very pleasant, had no idea this was happening, but I explained to her that there are literally pages and pages of others who are being harassed, and that she might want to give the information to her supervisors, which she took and said she would forward to her superiors.  Hopefully I will not get these annoying calls anymore.  Good luck to others!

A male by the name of David Coen phoned and stated that I was behind on my credit card payments with US Bank. I told him that I did not have any cards with US Bank and he proceeded to share the name of my son with me as a mean of confirming that he had the right party. The male argued about my being responsible for the debt and that I could satisfy the debt by paying $2,000.00.

I have received a call from this anonymous number. When i had just answered the man told my name :S.

Its scary and weird.

No messages left when they call.  Could they be associated with US Bank?  Caller ID readout only says, "Toll Free Call."

What you have to do to stop these or other harassing calls is threaten to turn them into your state Attorney General.  It has worked for me time and time again.  Once I threatened to turn them into the Better Business Bureau and the Missouri Attorney General all the calls stopped.  This works!

No message, any time they get the answering machine, but they keep bloody filling up my answering machine anyways! I'm am SICK of it!

This is what the recording said it was when I called back. It was just an automated menu. Sounds like they are trying for enrollment for some insurance & can help with " that extra money you have" ..

starting receiving these calls several months ago, I have voice message. no message left, now I KNOW IT WASN'T IMPORTANT I don't owe anyone but they are probably looking for my relative who probably does.

This number calls several times a day (up to 5+) starting at 7am and ending at almost 9:30pm. I was finally so frustrated that I called them back and asked them to stop calling me, they said they will put my number on the do not call list but it will take 30 days to come into effect. They also said that the calls were coming on behalf of USbank, my bank, I told them I didn't believe that but will check into it. Called my bank and they said they do not contract with anybody to sell their customers insurance and they certainly do not give out any personal information such as phone numbers to other companies. So from now on every time this number calls I'm going to chew them out hard, I'm so done being polite and nice, apparently that doesn't get you anywhere with these fraudulent dipsh*ts.

Thanks to this site, I now know where this number comes from.  I never answer, but I am getting quite sick of them calling.

Many calls from this number. Business name does not come across.

Called the number back, went through the options to be connected to a rep and asked to be removed from the calling list.  Only had to give my phone number and no more information.  They said allow up to 30 days for removal.

I also received a call from 888-668-6839. The rep i talked to claimed he was calling on behalf of US Bank. I called my bank which happens to be the same and the FRAUD dept rep told me not to give any credit card information to this company because they are NOT affilated at all with that company and or services they are claiming to offer. BEWARE.

I looked up the company and this a valid link.  I too get calls from this number a couple of times a day with no messages ever being left.  Not really sure what they want, but if they really do want something they should leave a message.

I guess it is a marketing company calling behalf of clients. If you are patient enough to hold on, you will get a human voice. For me, they claimed they are calling from US Bank.
