i to have had to deal with these people and it probley will cost me my job because they call my job over and over and have called all of my co-workers lairs. The names i got are raymond scott and scott wilson. hope to help get this person put in jail.

I received a call on 1/12/2012 at 10:19am from this guy with a very strong accent probably from India name Michael Miller from 888-672-3673 telling me that i owed from a loan from USA Cash Advance and that i needed to pay him $611.00 that day within 30mins and if i did not they would file legal charges that could cost up to $3000 and that it had to be taken care of that day and requested my DEBIT card to process the payment or i could go to Walmart and get a money card for them to debit from, I then asked him why i had not received anything in the mail about this and he said they do not and will not mail anything out to me i just needed to pay then or else i advised him i was at work and on my way to a meeting and could not receive personal calls at work and not to call me here again and i hung up he then had Donald Griffin call at 11:42am the same day and they have called me 10 times since then and on 1/18  they called repeatedly back to back and i told him to send me a letter in the mail and again he said he woulf not i just needed to take care of this today and that i needed to call him back within 30mis from when he called at 11:42 he also said that because i will not cooporate with them they would need to speak with my supervisor because they would need to involve them since i won't handle the matter today. 1/19/2012 James Henderson/Legal Dept called say they have my credit report and my ssn and if i have intentions on handling this matter to call back immediatley if i don't my name will be sent to a blacklist and i won't be able to get loans or anything from the banks, he then said Mr. Donald Williams would like to involve my employment in this legal matter if i fail to return his call and they will hit my credit score. He also said that if i did not pay the $611 today then he first said pay $50 today then fax a letter to him with when i could pay the balance and when i repeated that back to him he said no I said you could pay $300 today and the remaining balance on my next payday but i needed to fax him a copy of my debit card i said no put something in the mail to me.

I don't know of any company that will not send you out a letter or some type of documentation when you have not paid for something and everybody reports to the credit bureaus and i pulled my credit report yesterday and nothing was on there from these people but this is harrassment calling my cell and my work phones all day but will not mail anything i told them mail me out some documentation showing where i owe something and i will take care of it but they will not do that and i am not giving my debit card to noone.

I have received 3 calls from these people this week. also calling themselves Bureau Crime Investigation. from number 888-672-3673 and 545431300001

I got a call tonite, from 888-672-3673 looking for my husband who I guess took out a payday loan ( he didnt) I knew it was funny cause the message he left said it was DAMN important that he call them back, no professional would ever say DAMN, so I told them my husband was working and gave them his cell and work number which was really the numbers to the State Sheriffs and the and the Local Police office. If they call back I am going to tell them take us to court, but they wont cause then there little what every scam they have going on is going to fold, I am so sick of the calls. I am really thinking about having my phone tapped and traced and something done. this is just wrong.

i got a call on my cell today i didnt answer it he called my job his name is ben johnson but talks arabic told me i have an outstanding loan in default if i dont pay 4900.00 tomorrow i will be be sued for 10.000.00 and my employer will be notified and i will go to jail glad my daughter  told me about this web sight i was flippin out thought i was gonna loose my job and go to jail i will never do a loan online again  oh and i think i got scammed again last week same thing i did get scared and paid the guy 300.00 dollars now that i know this i will be more cautious

I got a call from 888.672.3673//This left a message//I have NO idea what they hell he said...couldnt understand him, but from reading these messages...if they want MY US dollars, they better learn the US Language!!!

These people been harrasing me at work constantly calling my employer threating everyone at my job.These people has called over a hundred times a day

the same thing just happened to be i got the phone call and they left a message say that i needed to call them back so i called them back and asked them about the problem and they went and told me that there is a loan in my name i need to pay them back blah blah blah. they were asking me if i had a lawyer and if i wanted to go to court and get arrested. the first name they said was Joesph the next was Alex and another i cant remember. we started yelling back and fourth at one another then he hung up i called back just more bs started going on about do you think you can just steal someones money and come to me with all there excuses of you did do this you don't have this you need this and so i asked the name of the company and they didn't give it to me then i asked what the "loan" companies name the said USA cash. so i gave USA cash a call and they said they don't even do business in the state of Missouri. i understood then that this was a total scam and the lady helped me a lot.

This number has been calling my daughter on her cell phone and at work - they say she owes them money - this is a scam - she is filing a report with the police department - This is coming from a foreign country - I spoke to a detective and was told this is a scam -  some people have had money put into their bank account by these people so they keep calling you thinking you will just pay them - thats how they get your money - If you get calls from this number file a police report and keep checking your bank account and credit.  Sign up for some kind of credit protection that if someone tries to open something in your name you will be called first - If you applied for a loan online this is more than likely how they got your information.  since they are overseas there isnt much you can do - besides trying to block your number - file a police report and keep a watch on your credit and your bank account - if necessary change your account at the bank.

The scammers are trolling these sites trying to convince us that these debts are valid. They have failed! They can not spell, use correct grammar and make no sense. Invest in a nice whistle or blow horn to answer your phone with. Since they can spoof numbers (they called me using my own number for the ID so it looks like I was calling myself), I have now resulted into answering any number I know as "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut" or "Adult Emporium".

the person who called me said his name was matthew hope... more like muhamad duhabi lol but i already posted more info on here just forgot to add his name i told him to go ef a goat after getting what i needed (name of supposed company) took me 50 calls to get that they wouldnt answer for the longest time!! really professional huh! at first i was honestly on edge a little due to the fact that i was attempting to get a loan and was declined. best guess is that if you have applied for anything at all requiring your social place of work bank account and name they have intercepted it illegally! needless to say after questioning them no more calls have been recieved.. i know a lot about the law and a lot about how valid debt works...they were doing it all backwards. if your debt is valid they are absolutely obligated to tell you the name of the company, date of loan and amount in question.

These guys have been calling me as well on my google voice number thinking I am someone else.  He said this is a legal matter and extremely time sensitive and if I did not pay I would suffer the consequences.  Trust me these clowns are most definitely scam artists and most certainly not from the US.  I am going to start calling them back and pretending to be some one else and keep using them for comedic material.  Dont pay these clowns one penny.  The fair debt collection practices act prevents them for legitimately collecting like this.  If they were in the US you could certainly sue the hell out of them even if the debt was legit.  Trust me I work in the collections industry.

i also have received phone calls from this number. when i questioned the validity they informed me that they believed me to be a fraudulent person attempting to get information to hurt me... LOL is all i have to say. i asked them "if you believe me to be fraudulent why did you say my social, birthday, and place of employment to me" no answer other than i do not wish to tell you that information. i finally got a hold of someone after i practically harassed the company and was told it was a payday loan from us cash originating in 10/2011 so i googled them it took me to a valid website warning you of these scammers. in the end i wasnt very nice and told them to ef a goat.. i think i ended up harassing them enough that they havent called me back.. i told them i would report them to the actual FBI and he told me to go right ahead. i informed them that the real FBI has no wish to collaborate with a terrorist or a scam and that they would be caught.

I just received a phone call at work from these people. It sounded like he was saying his name was Neil Wilson or Bill Wilson, ( I couldn't understand him with his very heavy arabic accent). He said he was with the BCI Bureau of Criminal Investigation. He said that it was a pressing matter and if I did not take action I would have criminal charges brought against me. The more frustrating part of this is that they called me at work. I'm not sure how they got my work information or why they are calling me, but it is quit annoying. When I heard the message, it was hard to believe that it was actually someone working for a government agency since the accent was so bad and his English was so bad. I have a hard time believing that a government run agency would have someone from India or some middle eastern country calling about important legal information. They would have someone who spoke clear English call and they would not leave a legal message on a voicemail. They would simply say that the message was regarding a very important message and to call a certain number. Grr..

this indian guy is calling me from this 888-672-3673 and saying im going to jail they are gonna sue me and that i owe 300.00 to us cash advance and i dont owe that company at all.. im not sure what to do they are calling me at home my cell phone and calling me at work.

Horrible Nasty messages from this man with a very strong international accent. I told him that  have reported them to the BBB and my local law enforcement. These clowns need to be stopped.

I just recieved a call to my work from these guys stating they were the BCI (Beauru of Crime Investigations on behalf of United Cash Loans) and that I owed a payday loan that was deposited into a bank that I don't have an account with. They were very rude!!! and yelled at me accusing me of fraud and threatening my employment and jail time. When I asked for the number and location of the bank I was told it was my problem to find that information and that if I paid the a reduce amount $711.00 they would then provide me with the information I needed to prove I didn't owe the money! I am reporting to all three credit bureaus the FTC and Homeland Security on the advice of United Cash Loans, whom I phoned and alerted also!

I received a call from these same people yesterday and today saying that I owe $500 and that they were going to sue me for $5000 if I didn't pay. I told him to send me paperwork to prove that I owed this money and he stated that the company had already sent me 2 notices with no response from me. I told him to send it again and I will pay once it was proven that I owed this money. He further stated to me that he should not have to send me anything because I am the one who owes the money. The more I talked the more he became more loud then stated that he was going to sue me for $10,000. Even my husband spoke with him and was very loud and said that my husband was going to get me in very big trouble. He asked for my attorney's name and number. I truly believe that this is a scam. They also called from 866-696-6374, 888-672-3673.

I got a call from Scott Wilson and when I called back Adam answered and said it is a legal matter and for check fraud. I asked what company and he said Cash Net but no particular company. I did call a company months ago because they took more money then scheduled and I ask to pay them off and where to send the money and did refused to give me a address.

they are calling me every month-officer steve clark-cant even understand half of what he says. i just call back and say ok, ok, will take care of it..

They are now calling themselves BCI (Bureau of Crime Investigations). They have been trying to reach one of our employees which we are blocking. We have reported him as well. What a loser.

I got a call from a guy who said I am being sued for fraud but he could tell me from what company. He herashed me at my job for abot 3 hours calling back to back. I see that he had all of my information. I truly believe that it is fraud

I got the same call, and when I asked him for his address so I could send him a check he said they did not give out their address and that I had to give them a debit or credit card number, and when I told him I had neither he told me that I could go to walmart and get a prepaid credit card...I wanted his address so I could file a report against him...Anyway he hung up on me..He said his name ws Mark Anderson..Yeah right with a deep Indian accent...
