I got 2 text messages from them today and I know that then can use your name from a caller ID if you'll all them back, so I used a phone card - "this number is temporally unavailable"...

This is what I found on a bank's website:
"FEB. 25, 2009 - NEW PHISHING ALERT
New phishing messages have been sent to a variety of cell phones as text messages and possibly emails, including some actually used by DNB First customers. This is NOT the result of a security breach: the message was sent both to customers and non-customers in hopes to get the customers who receive it to reveal personal information.

The messages were NOT sent by DNB First. DO NOT RESPOND to the message. DO NOT RESPOND to the message and DO NOT CALL the phone number. Erase them and ignore them. DNB First does not ask you to confirm personal information through a recording.
If you have inadvertently revealed personal information, immediately contact your local Bank branch and inform them of the fact.

The false text reads as follows:
?automated @dnb4you.com Alert form Downingtown National Bank. We need to verify your account information. Please call us at 888-201-8791.?

A text message was also sent to my cell asking for verification of account information. They wanted credit card numbers and pins.
from a hijacked email address adam@halpernwine.com. I called them to let them know.  SCAM!!
