We receive all kinds of faxes from this number.  You can phone it and ask to be removed by putting in a 4-digit number. Unfortunately, the 4-digit number is different every time we get a fax.

I have decided I am going to call every company that comes through and ask them to google the company they chose to do their advertising and see the negative feedback people are giving.  That now their company is being looked over and they are wasting their money because this company is harassing hundreds of people.

I just called 1-604-689-5456 and I got a real person.  I asked them to remove me (their fax is 888-675-3341).  This better stop.  There HAS to be laws in place and there isn't....This is ridiculous that a company can harass people like this.  I get at least 20 faxes a day......that's a lot of paper and toner in a month....And the business I work for....Does not have a need for even one thing they have faxed.  If they keep faxing me I am going to call the companies directly.

I have faxed them back their junk fax's, over written with my request to be removed from all their lists. This does not seem to work. Going to their site or calling to be removed from lists hasn't worked. I am know threatening them that I will fax all their clients repeatedly unless I am removed. Just a "little" pressure. Perhaps it might work.

I get at least one of these faxes a day and I call in to be removed everytime but still non stop faxes.

Interesting... these guys have a fax number on their website.  Guess they don't want to receive unsolicited faxes.  lmao  !!

The Gov of Canada has an official Do Not Call list that is easy to register for. Check these guys out they have an "official" route that may help. All Points web says they comply with this list.

All very annoying to say the least.  One solution is to get a fax number from somebody like jFax (aka j2) so that faxes arrive by email rather than automatic printout on a fax machine.  On preview, you can then decide whether to print the fax or send it to trash.  But this takes time.  What do you charge for your time?

Fact is that the BC company who is sending spam faxes may also be misleading its own clients.  I happen to be living  in Costa Rica - not Canada let alone BC or Vancouver.  Sending a fax to me in Costa Rica for a customer offering services in BC cannot be worth much more than a pinch of what you know what.  Yet, I expect the spammer counts me amongst the number of addresses to whom its spam fax was sent.

It may be time for a class action against the company, and individually against its officers, directors, and management personnel.  Like a donkey, the individuals who are involved may need a whack on the head to get their attention.

They are faxing my home phone number...and the call display reads Private Caller. It has bothered me so badly over the past few months that I actually went out and bought a fricken fax machine so I could find out who it was. I started calling the removal number for the various documents and decided to search the main number online and found this site.

I've now left a very strongly worded voicemail with them so hopefully that will do the trick. I swear I'm close to going insane!

Thanks for posting their number, I have emailed them and just got off the phone with their receptionist. I let her know that I will call for every fax I receive and she won't like what I have to say.

Thanks for the contact number, they are particularly irritating because the fax removal number they give you on the sheet, asks for a document number which only removes you from future faxes from a particular vendor, not from their whole system.

Not sure about sending them an e-mail, they might just add my e-mail and spam me with e-mail ads instead of fax.

Everyone should connect a bunch of black papers and send it through the fax machine, taping the top and the bottom of the row together once the bottom has fed through the fax machine, so that it all connects in a chain loop and keeps faxing them black sheets of paper. Waste all their toner ink. See how they like it!

Thank you for providing the number to call.  I called to company to have my fax removed, about one hour later I received another fax and called again to see how long before the number is completely removed from their systems.   They said that it takes a few days (about one week), so hopefully next week I will no longer receive any more unsolicited faxes.

Thanks so much for the number, I had to force myself to be a little bit civil with them, and not just start screaming in frustration! I was getting about 6 a day! horrible horrible company!

The company promises to remove you from their call list and does nothing but sending you more junk!! There must be a way to close shops like that for good.

These people fax us garbage CONTINUALLY. I've called the Fax Removal Number, but they just keep sending more. How do I find out who these people are and how to get rid of them?

YOu need to mention to be removed from ALL THEIR LISTS, if not they remove your number from just one of their clients list who advertise with them.

I am so tired of these faxes.  This is harassment; pure and simple. We are a theatre what would we want with scrap metal.
These faxes tie up our fax machine, tie up our telephone answereing machine and interrupt our business.

Use the phone number 604-689-5456 and talk to them. The number worked. A man who answered said, all faxes will stop in 7 days. We will see. I report them to BBB. Good luck

I'll call to have my fax number removed.  If that doesn't work, I'll call every company that sends me faxes through that number to tell them that I too, will be boycotting their business.

Check out that website...fax number per one of their customers is 604-689-5475 :)  If emailing them doesn't work sending all their faxes back to them I think will annoy them enough to get them to stop sending to those people.

I have just called to have my fax # removed and will see if that works.  Thank you for posting the number to speak to a live person.  If you are still having problems with them, one solution might be to call your phone company and report that they keep faxing you eventhough you have asked to be taken off their fax list.  I did this with a company that used to call my home all the time and it got far enough that the VP of Bell called the business personally and told them to stop or they would be shutting down their phone service to that business permanently.  I have never heard from that business again.

We get a million junk faxes a day from this number

I am thinking of returning their faxes to them via mail - COD. The cost of a single fax COD or 100 saved faxes COD would cost them a lot more than the 1¢ per fax they are charging their clients to be sent.
