same thing for my elderly mother on her bank statement for $12.37 along with her Medicare deducts and her US Treasury $460.00 a month is the only items for the Medicare bank account. I am calling the number too! I found out it is some kind of insurance but I got them to send documents to the zipcode they have on file... HMMMM !!! could be a scam. If any of you find out anything, let me know!!!

This number is on my elderly father's bank statement as "ad&d" deduction. I have taken power of attorney for him due to his inability to function. The deduction is for $6.60. He was prone to taking out these cheapo life insurance policies and I'm guessing "ad&d" is for the insurance industry as "accidental death and dismemberment." My problem is WHO is it and where is the "policy" they took him for? I'm going to try calling the number and see what happens.
