Collection company from what I got. Debt is 4.5yrs old. Said they had default judgment and was going to start garnishing wages. Checked public records with no judgement.
They use illegal collection practices and will not give you there address to send a cease letter.  Now there calling family and pulling credit records to see new credit lines and payoffs which they don't have my permission to do.

got a call last night from them. when i answered, the recording said "since we are unable to reach you by phone" umm, i answered the phone! like the other comments, they told me the samething. they gave me a date that a so called pay day loan was transfered to my account. i went to my bank and we pulled up 2 weeks before, the week of and 2 weeks after the date they gave. i told them i did this 'investigating' with my bank---they said my bank and i did it wrong.

recieved a message today from a recording saying that i have a fraudulent charge against me and my ssn#. i have fallen for this before, this time i will report them to the fcc and have my attorney contact these b*****ds.

Called me and my dad, Haven't lived with him in over 20 years. Said Civil Service and processing division. Said there was fraud with my SSN.

Called tonight for our son who does not live here.  I stopped the answering machine as soon as I heard him say our sons name.  I called them back after getting my husband back into the living room. ( HE JUST GOT HOME FROM HAVING A TRIPLE HEART BYPASS )  The woman said the call did not come from there.  I told her it did and the phone number is on my caller ID and the message was started on my answering machine.  She then said that the phone number was given as their cell ph num.  I told her that this is a land line.  She said I would not receive any more calls from them. ( odd !!!!, since she said that it didn´t come from there )  She also said that my ph. num. is now taken off.

Received a recorded message from this number looking for someone that no longer lives at this address stating there were two fraudulent charges against this individual, I dialed the number back and recording comes on however I finally spoke to someone at this number and would not give me their business name,sez this number is a call center. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Above caller refused to send me verification of debt by US mail....stated they do everything electronically...I have not received anything electronically... they won't send anything by US mail because they would be charged with fraud!

Call from this number stating 2 charges against me to filed in court...numerous calls. I called them back and they wanted my SS#...I refused to verify or state my SS# to some unknown caller who refused to state who they are without getting my SS# first. They have called again today with same recorded message about 2 charges.

"IF they do not provide you with the verification of the debt, the debt is invalid and not subject to collection.  PAY NOTHING TO ANYBODY UNLESS THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT, AND ONLY THEN IF YOU FEEL THE DEBT IS VALID - otherwise, let them sue you for the debt, as a real law firm will only bring a legal action on a truly valid debt".

They have called me from 2 different numbers and with two differemt claim numbers. They never say a company name .There isnt a company name when you call. They said i owed pay day advance money and i would be charged with fraud. They said they tried to pull money from a bank that ive never belonged to and that i work at a company that Ive never heard of. They said i owe 950 dollars but would settle fro 400! They called my dads cell phone! Ihavent lived with him for 12 years! SCAM!!!!

Leaves a voice message saying I have a civil suit pending.

Just got a call from this com/pany you are right the same person that left the message is the same voice on the recording when I called back... Crazy gave the number to my attorney.

Report all of these and any other such activities to your State Attorney General

Called me at work leaving msg indicating 2 complaints filed against me with my name and ssn and they would be filing a complaint in my county.  And unless I respond to them and call them back I would forfeit my rights.  When I called them back the same voice was on the recording.  I decided to google the number and Im glad I did because I saw all these complaints.

Left a message and said two charges filed against me and also said will send letter to my employmen.
I don't know if I have to call back as I don't know which creditor that they are reprensenting

This number called my brother looking for my ex-husband who hasnt talked to my family in over ten years!  Made it sound like they were some kind of government agency. Very secretive. I called the number and said they were an information department.  I asked "information for who?". The guy just said "for people who need informantion". WIERD!

Called me at work leaving msg with coworker indicating in a recorded message that 2 complaints filed against me with my name and ssn and they would be filing a complaint in my county.  I have fallen for this before and I paid a lot of money only to find out a scam. I did call an attorney this is not legal. I am now out over $900 so don't let this happen to you.

I got a call from these so called Attorneys stating that they would sue me and freeze my assests! I called my attorney who informed me this is just a debt collector!!

Called saying I have a claim against me. The voice on the message is the same as the recorded message when I called back. So I call shenanigans.

Absolute scam. I have reported this number to the FTC and hope anyone else they contact does the same.

Multiple calls... no messages.
