Got a call from them it says "Important that we speak to you" then it sounds like a kid saying "Hello, Hello," like there trying to call home. Its recorded on my computer so I listened to it several times, no one I know .

These people is a collection agency “ cheap labor “ or say they are but I don’t owe anyone any money and about 4 months ago I got a new phone number and been working with the phone company to change the name that caller Id picks up to show my name.

Hint…..  Get a whistle and keep it close to your phone and don’t think twice to use it on someone that is a pest. They don’t care about any of us.

They said it was a personal business matter....he identified the company as either ADS or ABS or AVS - couldn't tell which.  The person they are looking for doesn't live here. I told him that, and said that I am on the DO NOT CALL list, so DO NOT CALL!!

KEEPS CALLING OUR NUMBER AND WE DON'T HEAR ANYTHING. NEED TO STOP CALLING NOW. IT'S VERY ANNOYING.

They called me looking for someone I don't know. Said they were given that name, my phone number and my address by their client for "verification" purposes. They wouldn't say who their client was or what they were verifiying for.  They told me they were calling from 888-799-7976, but my caller ID showed the number was 888-679-9741. After speaking with a "supervisor"  they said they would take my number of the list. I Found this information on the website for the company. If it happens again, I think a call back to Mr. Eccleston might be in order.

The phone rang and the Indian caller asked for my spouse. When I asked who was calling he said Astra Business Services. I proceeded to hand the phone to my spouse. I heard the agitiation and concern in my spouse's voice when the caller was asked to stop and identify the purpose of the call. The caller continue to ask to confirm information. After a few requests for the caller to identify the reason for the call, my spouse hung up. This type of call should be illegal.
