I too am enraged by my gullibility .... in to these clowns to tune of $65.00 ...credit card company advises I can report as fraud and dispute charges present and future...But cannot flag (block) payments to come ..as c.c. companies work on "the principle of good faith "  I just retired from U.S.Govt. and have been looking for a hobby ...maybe I have found one.

My credit card info was stolen and a purchase was made on it to this 'vendor'. I called them and explained that the purchase was fradulent and that the card had been cancelled. The 'lady' I spoke with told me that she was advising me not to dispute the charges because I would be billed for everything, what ever that is, if I did.

I did not order this product but ws charge $73.00 to bank account frist then send me out he product. Cause me overdraft feee. Sonow I have the honor of filing afrud report in the moring about something I did not order!! Also have to call Attory General Office in the moring. I just love this. I cancelled the order via telephone (1-888-692-8352) and the online contact form (www.GetOrderHelp.com), within the 14-day risk free trial offer. The 14-day trial offer begins when I receive the product ? NOT when it was ordered, per their Terms & Conditions.

I followed the Terms & Conditions, to the extent of double-cancelling. I do NOT owe this charge. For what it?s worth, I cancelled this order as SCAM!

I contacted my banking institution; they do not seem to think that I can get my money back, using the excuse that often times it?s an over seas venue.

Yep, I'm a victim too. Is there some kind of legal action we can take? My credit card company was not much help.

This company is a scam acaipure and colotox   same thing I was charged full price for a trai.  In Nov  than again in Dec.  I have called my bank to put a flag on my account.  Can't get rid of them.

I to ordered this junk and I was mad that I was so foolish. I called the 888 # and held on till this little airhead bimbo answered. Rude is not the word for these people, but where they get you is you don't pay attention to the 2 yellow boxes where you enter your card info. If you go back to pomclear.com and put in fake info you will see what I'm talking about.

Scam is right. They bill you and bill you and do not get anything. I had to weight one hour to get ahold of someone. what a joke.

That's because it's a scam.

Wife bought a trial version of product, they sent full supply with other items. The total was 49.95, I called to cancel and was on hold for over an hour. To save me the cost of shipping it back the would take $20 off product and I could keep it and the would also cancel my account. Guess what, billed again this month for 39.95, on the phone now and have a 44min wait. No one Co can be that busy.
