It's another telemarketer. Try this:

1) You answer & no one is there: hit ###### many times in rapid succession (creates an even-spaced beep) and hang up; Machine may interpret that your number is bad and take you off the list.

2) You answer & get a sales pitch: say "please hold" and set the phone down till they hang up; If you always waste their time like this, they'd be stupid not to take you off the list.

Said they were a local dealer of dish network.  Lady had a very, very strong accent and hard to understand.  Told her I was on do not call list, she said sorry and would take me off their list and not call again.

Said they wanted to talk to our controller about our telecommunications bill. Wants to look at our bills, tell us if we are paying to much and then get us money back if we are. Then they want 40% of our "overpayment". Whatever.

Some unintelligible singing by what sounded like a young adultmale voice. It was like blah, blah , blah, "we will fly" then some chorus sung to the chorus of of the song, We're Rednecks. Very bizzare.

Telemarketer for Dish Network. Told her to tell her supervisor I was on the Do Not Call List and that the fine was $25,000. She freaked out and hung up. Then I reported them to donotcall.gov!

Keeps calling back claiming to represent a local Dish Network Dealer. Doesn't seem to matter how many times you tell them your number is on the DO Not Call List, or tell the caller to F&*# off and stop calling.

Fax Spam Complaints - Fraud website is www.firstrankglobal.com. Called to remove the number and file a complaint with manager. The guy from fraudulent, suspicious and/or bogus company was condescending, and talked over me. He said to stop receiving faxes I should either unplug the fax machine or remove the paper. What an a-hole. The website has zero page rank and they're hiding ownership of domain under a domain proxy which usually always means they're get-rich-quick scammers whose mode-of-operandi is to walk on people to get where they're going. They may even just be harvesting your private information for credit card fraud. - BUYER BEWARE!

This number called my house phone on Sep. 11, 2008 at 8:11pm. Someone listened to me saying hello and then they hung up. I called back and it said that all circuts were busy.

Unwanted/unsolicited calls are happening more and more and more.  My home phone is inundated, and now my cell phone is getting these things.  ALL of our phone numbers are listed on the "Do Not Call" Registry... how come that registry isn't doing what it promised?

Just got call from 1-888-695-7666 and asked for me by maiden name. I asked who it was and how they got my number and calling by that name. She said calling from Dish Network and I told her no thank you and please remove my number and name and don't call anymore...we're on the Do Not Call List...She said o.k. and we hung up....how do these idiots continue to get phone numbers and allowed to use the phone. I blame the phone companies for one for allowing them to issue out phone privileges to these creeps...

Go to http://whocallsme.com/ and enter the number there. You'll get more comments on this caller. Apparently it's a telemarker posing as the "local dish network dealer" or other false business. May be working from outside the US. Does not respect the Do Not Call registry.

I got the same call tonight and said to myself .. ENOUGH.. I have an Internet phone system.. and logged into the web account for my number and placed this number on the BLOCKED number list.. Best thing ever!!

They called at 5:23pm CST no answer on my voicemail.  I called back but nothing happened, no ringing, nothing.

They called me saying something about Singapur Trade something, and wanted my email address.

I owe on some c/c debt and afraid to answer. They have called a few times in the past days.

They called me today, 1-10-08 at 1:23 PM PST.  They asked for Mrs. (last name of my boyfriend).  I said "There is no MRS. (his last name)." the caller was a woman and asked if I was the "new owner" of our phone number.  We have had this phone number for over two years so I said "I guess so?" and she said "I'm terribly sorry to bother you, thank you for taking my call." and hung up.  When I tried to call them back I got the same recording everyone else has received "All circuits are busy, please call again later."  I believe this is a scam.
