Just talked to "Alan Dawson",  said they have had some issues with the bank.  Said my money would be there Monday.  I asked him which Monday?  He said next Monday.  I told him I didn't believe him, I had been lied to from the beginning.  He just kept repeating that it would be there Monday.  We will see.  I will update on Monday.

Some guy named Derek, this time.  He tells me the money was refunded on 11/18.  6 days later, still no money.  "Derek", who sounds a lot like "Keith", (I'm sure aren't their real names anyway), told me to call back and talk to Alan Dawson.  He is supposed to explain how they refunded the money.  We will see.

This company goes by Cash Cow Internet Systems and also Teletransfer, LLC.  Everyone google their names and give them the bad reviews they deserve.

Not yet.  After 3 weeks of them telling me I will get the refund in a "few days".  I'm going on every website that I find their name and leaving a BAD review.  Everyone needs to do this.  I am going to call them every day from now until I get my money back.  Also, I may report them to all the government agencies I can find.  They told me today they were a legitimate company, but would not tell me the owners name.  Good luck!

The same thing has happened to me to the tune of $27.80, I talked to the bank just now and was told they have had problems with them before. The only thing the bank can figure is that Teletransfer or Cash Cow is really a group of hackers and if you've done so much as check your account online, they can hack into your server and intercept your account number. But dont ask me how they would do it, it boggles my mind, I'm not smart enough to be a hacker, lol

Yesterday 11/8/10 I spoke to someone regarding the 27.80 charge to my account and the guy could not tell me the service that was provided that caused them to charge my account however he did mention that this charge was a result of a purchase I had made through Amazon.com.  Now I'm not sure how he new this or how they got my bank account number this way because I used my debit card to make the purchase. I hope that people are careful in the future to stop these people from continuing business.

I just received a charge on Friday for 27.80!  I don't know who these people are but I closed my account immediately!  We need to report them and put them out of business somehow! can you imagine how much money they must be making of working Americans.  I will definately be reporting this activity to someone!

This just happened to me to today as well. Called my bank and had to go in and sign a paper saying I didn't authorize the check and that would stop them from doing it, still trying to get a hold of someone to get my money back. This is insane and needs to stop

888-699-9962  I just had $27.80 taken out of my account by these "Cash Cow Internet" people and I called them and got the same response that Chat got--verify your account number and we'll reimburse you and I told them they already have my acount number and I was not giving them it and  the lady said "well, when you feel secure enough to verify your account number call me back" and she hung up! At the bank's suggestion I have opened a new account and will be closing this one as soon as the last few items post. My boss says to report them to the Attorney General's office which I intend to do. Maybe if we all contact our AG's they can shut these people down!!!

Yes keep me posted..... I just don't know if this will be a win win situation with me and the bank. I have a local small bank in Dallas Texas but corporate office is in Houston. Crossing my fingers. And I want to see what the BBB will do about my complain. It doesn't seem this company even exsist. I could not find anything on this company searching under the name, HTLM and the phone number. Seems kind wierd doesn't it???

Wow, scamming huh? Well I am glad I checked my account this morning but the part that sucks is it will take my bank 78 hours to review my dispute. It put my account in the negative and I can't close my account untill all pending transcaction has cleared. Not only that i have direct depo. This totally bites. An honest person works for there money and lives an honest life, gets bite in the @ss!

Teresa, I just sent a complaint to BBB online regarding this company Cash Cow Internet Systems. I tried calling that company and a gentleman on the recording then shots me directly on hold. I gave up so I sent a complaint online to the Better Business. I have an open complaint on them. If this happen to you I would suggest set up a complaint. Also, I searched in the BBB online for this company and found nothing. Cash Cow Internet Systems c/o Teletransfer LLC 150-55 78th Ave, Flushing NY 11367. NOTHING I have found on the BBB online

I am assuming this is the same a two other transactions that came out of my account a few days earlier, they say it is from me going online and maybe just looking at an online payday loan, which I know I hadn't done lately. I also noticed around this same time e-mails were going to to EVERYONE in my address book from me, but I never sent them! Shortly have these e-mails, these transactions happened. UPDATE: After just letting the phone sit and it got to a complete call time of 40 minutes, it just hung up. I think they can see the number calling and I have a feeling they are not going to answer my call!

I also got an unauthorized transaction from this company, but instead of getting charged the one, $27.80, I got charged two on the smae day, $55.60. This happened and came out of my account on 10/29/10 and I called the same day and spoke with someone who said their system was down and I would get a call back in 4-6 hours. Of course I wasn't about to wait for that so I ended up calling back about 2 more times and they only told me the same thing. I know a system can go down, but for about 5 hours when I called while the "man" was there fixing it... They told me they would refund my money adn basically told me to just wait. I waited until Monday, no money, then Tuesday/Wednesday I called back and let them know that the money wasn't put into my account and I got an overdraft charge and they said they would take care of it all. They said my requested refund was processed that morning so to give it 24-48 hours and my money would be in there. Guess what, still no money after 48 hours. I am currently on the phone with them now after the guy tells me, we need your account number so that we can refund your money because we can't find the transaction" After I asked for a manager and told him I would prefer not to considering they shouldn't have had it in the first place, the guy hung up on me. I have now been on hold for 25 minutes and then someone picked up but said nothing and I have been just listening to dead air for about 13 more minutes and counting....

I just received an unauthorized transaction amount of $27.80 from this company. This upsets me because I have never heard of this company and wondering how this company even received my bank information or my personal information. It boggles me that they even have a cell number on the check transaction that is not even listed under my name. I tried calling this number and goes directly to the company's voicemail. Reporting to my bank to advise this was a fradulent transaction. I really don't purchase anything online. So I wonder how the heck did this company have my information. Can someone advise who I should report and make a complain about this company?

They didn't call me either but they did take 27.80 out of my bank account.  I called my bank and put a fraud alert on the transaction.  We closed that account and reopened an account with a different account number on it. I have never done any kind of business with cash cow internet systems.  Instead of waiting to see if they give me a refund my bank is just going to deny it.

I didn't get a call from them, just something worse.  This company is called Cash Cow Internet Systems and they somehow hacked my checking account and took $27.80 without my authorization.  I called the number and they wouldn't tell me how they got my info, but that they would refund the money.

I am getting daily calls from (888) 699-9962, but when I answer, they just hang up/disconnect. Sometimes it sounds like a dropped cell call. It is getting tiresome. It just says:   "800 Service"

Yes a scam! I finally got someone on the phone and they told me they need my account # because the phone number I am giving them to call me back on is not the same as the number that is showing up when I call them. I am at work and we have a "dummy" number that will get you to our main line, but if you use my last for digits as an extension you can get to me. He told me they don't have time to call people back, so they can't do that. He told me at the rate I am trying to handle this it will take about 2 months before I get my money back. If you have hotmail you may want to make sure someone hasn't hacked into your e-mail and gotten your information. I think that is where mine comes from. I saw e-mails about viagra and other pills that was sent to everyone in my contact list on one day then on the 13th the first charges came out for Clickwit, twice $29.86 each. Then I see another e-mail that went out and came back to me because I had my own email in my contacts and then a few days later the charge from Teletransfer came twice, $27.80 each.

The first company refunded it within two or three days, so when this one happened I had planned on getting the money back and then closing my account. Since they won't refund it I just contacted my bank to have them try to reverse the charges. I told them the company is asking for my account number to refund the money, but I will not give it to them. I'll try to remember to keep you posted on what happens or any other information I find out.

I contacted my bank and they filled out a form for me, they stated since it was just Friday, that it should not be a problem, they did reverse my NSF charge and placed the saving money back into the account, so I am waiting for them to return the 27.80 back to the account. I will be heading there at lunch time to close this account and open a new one. I hope this is all the action I should have to take on this. Thank you for your advise.
