This Lawyer Rory Clark: came after me right after my husband's death! My husband got a credit card thru Wells Fargo Bank,  while he was on permanent disability, and knew he had a death sentence, "that he never informed me of!" I worked full time; he was home & got the mail. After his death, when I found that credit card (unsigned) in his wallet; I thought I did the right thing, by calling Wells Fargo Bank to report his death, and they called out their ruthless pitbull dog (Rory Clark), and he came after me like a Killer Shark, and has never let up! Nearly 6 years later; he still has his beautiful sounding lady employees calling, sometimes daily. I do not pick up, because unfortunately, I lost my job, after I lost my husband, along with 10 friends and family members within a 3 year span.." He" should pay me a million dollars for his abuse, but since I am on the fixed income,  a senior citizen; I have nowhere to turn, and Lord knows "he wants me dead". He fixed my perfect credit by putting a great big LIEN on my name, and he sits on my credit charging me interest! Did I say Killer Shark? All because, I was the wife of a very ill man, who did not know what he was doing!  There are some four letters words, I would like to call him, but I will leave it up to God to show him instead! I really would like to mourn with respect now, please! All truth!!!

Can they actually collect on bedts from over ten years ago? They seem to keep re-opening the 15+ yr old debt. Please let me know how to get them off my back. They have threated to garnish my wages
