We paid $700 CASH for gas. They told us 7-10 at MOST. 13 days later, w to please tell me whene STILL have NO gas and my husband is in the hospital now being treated for frostbite. We were forced to use our electric cooking stove (or freeze to death) but we gotta do whatever it takes to staye warm. We called & called them & got NOWHERE!! They are rude & do NOT care about their customers. I BEGGED the last person to please tell me when we will have gas because the burners have went out on the electric stove. Now we have NO heat. We have been sitting in our car to stay warm. Its -15 here right now. As of Jan 28th (today) 2014, we still have NO gas or any idea when its coming. I am 7 months pregnant & I cant feel my feet. I wonder how many people will die waiting on them to deliver? After this, we are switching propane companies. FERREL GAS IS A RIP OFF & DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! ONLY $$$ Been hung up on twice & spoken to very rudely.

this is apparently a debt collector representing 1800LOANMART and other companies that are looking for people who owe money. anyways, have been getting calls from 1-800-562-6627 and 1-888-700-2239 saying they're 1800LOANMART and they want to talk to someone named Tony Jefferson. have repeatedly told them that there is no Tony Jefferson at my number and to not call again.  Then they call again.  IDIOTS ALL OF THEM.

Well,last Nov. 2012 I filled my tank,then 2 weeks later again? I said I was not using that much gas and there must be a problem? My hous is only 850 sq.ft.? I would use the wall heater an hour in the AM and a couple hrs in the PM. Well I got many excuses,if not full the gas goes faster,maybe I am really using more,etc.so in Dec and Jan 2 more double fills. I was then broke and have a bill of almost 900.00? My total was almost 2,000. I called them and begged for a gas leak check. Well,it was found outside underground. The guy said it was like running a gas dryer 24/7.So its red tigged. My boyfriend dug a 50 foot trench from the house to the tank and found the break. Even the dirt is blackened by all the carbon from the leak. Thank God we didn't have an explosion. Now I need money to get it fixed before winter. I wash my hair in the hose and take sink bathes and heat water in the microwave. I feel I shouls not have to pay for gas that went into the ground for God knows how long? I told them but they don't care:( So now I look at a 50 foot trench every day and no money to fix it. I wonder if I can take them to small claims?

Strange, how do they have my name, yet I don't have Ferral Gas or propane service? Sounds like a scam to me.

Now their calling into Canada stating "this is your propane supplier. Please contact us for important information. 1-888-700-7279"  which does not work from Canada.

automated call only stated that this was our propane suppier. Why was the name of the company not stated? Sounds fishy

4 recorded calls from these idiots.  Recording says something like, "Please call about important information regarding your propane contract."  I have lived in this house for 8 years, do not have propane and just started receiving calls.

I actually received a text message from this number. The only thing it showed was the 800-700-7279 and nothing else.

"This message is from your propane supplier. Please call us back at 8887007279."

We don't have a vendor called "Your propane supplier".

Call from Chelsie claiming to be from Ferrell Gas main office.  Asked for Supervisor and she hung up.  Wanted to collect tank rental fee that I don't owe.

called the number and the automated answering service answered calling it "My Propane Supplier". Finally got someone on the line and they answered the same way. When I asked if that was the name of the company, she then said it was Ferrellgas. I asked why they did not say that in the first place. No answer. I hnug up.

It was Ferrell Gas calling saying I owed tank rental fees for 2008 and 2009. I was never told about these fees before and I have not lived at that rental property in 3 years. The Better Business Bureau gives their corporate office a score of F!!!
