I received a call from this number with no one on the other side of conversation.  I tried to look up this number to find out who was calling me on my cellular with it coming up as unknown.  I tried to call them back and received a message of all lines are busy please hang up and call back later.

I answered the call but did not get anyone on opposite end. Also I tried calling them but network was always busy.

I ignored the call, then tried to call it back.....for 20 minutes all i got was a busy signal.
