They call our business multiple times a day always asking for the owner. I am the only person who answers the phones here and when I tell them that the owner is unavailable they say they will just call back. After 2 weeks of "just calling back" I informed the gentleman that we were aware of all of the changes and that we would like them to stop calling, to which his response was "we're not the only processing company out there, how do you know it's always us calling?" and when I informed him that these calls were all coming from the same number he hung up on me. The same guy called this morning and was again incredibly rude and hung up on me, so I called the number back and demanded that they take us off their list.

When you anwser the phone they hang up. What a waste of every ones time. Jerks... If they were looking for our pet goat, he is out in the south field eating grass and don't take kindly to someon wanting to mount him, like a MUSLIM, for example.

This number keeps calling my office, but now there's no one there. A click, and the fast beep. That's it. Maybe they're trying to get our "someone else".

SO RUDE. Called and asked for the former CEO who left company 10 years ago, so naturally I forwarded them to our solicitor dump line. Woman immediately called back and demanded to know why I did that, so I said you asked for Mr. *** and she goes yes, and I said he no longer works here and hasn't for 10 years. Then she screams at me "HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF OUTDATED INFORMATION." And I said I'm sorry, but everyone who has ever called for him has always been a sales call. And then I tried to explain that when the company go out our management team moved over seas, but she hung up on me.
Called again, but I ignored it.
I'm not an idiot, being rude will NOT get you anywhere.

Calls numerous times a day. this is how it goes....Always rude lady on other end...
They ask for owner by first name; I always say they are not available; they ask who can help them with a merchant services account; I reply "me" and that I've already requested 10 times I be removed and that we are very happy with our current service and that we are well aware of the changes/updates already; they hang up.
Although today was different...this time she got nasty and said..."well, we will just keep calling back until we get someone else!!" and then she hung up. I answer the phones, and if I don't happen to answer, everyone would give the call to me anyway. Nice way to get business...just keep bullying people on the phone...do you really think that approach will work? Good luck with that. :)

They call me too. Why would you even answer it? Stop complaining and hit the button on your phone so it stops the call.

They refuse to give me a actual live floor manager. I wish to be removed from their call list. They are illegally calling me as I am already on the Wisconsin no call list.
I hav decided to keep calling them back. 30 calls already and left a message every time. I have all day and unlimited calling. This is fun. I think everyone who doesnt want these calls should do the same.

Crap. I answered this yesterday like a fool, and now they've called every hour today, trying to talk to the owner about our cc processing. GO AWAY. We don't want any. We gave at the office.
