Yes someone named Carolyn Anderson called my mom and dad from this number talking about fraud and such and when i called back i got a Mr Osby who said that payment for a cash advance i had 5 yrs ago didn't go through and now i was going to have to go to court for fraud unless i made immediate payment...of course i didn't give him any payment....but these people should be arrested.  Not sure how they got hold of all these records, probably hacked into a computer.  SCAM

These folks are fools and completely misrepresent themselves. They are in no way, shape or fashion any type of law enforcement/lawyers who can serve summons or anything else. Report them if they are harrassing you so we can put predators like them where they belong...

I got a voice mail message on my cell phone stating that "This is a final message for " Keelan Bankos" with case # 6373661 and I should call 888-716-6226 back or the matter will be transferred to an attorney." I've never even heard of that name. Sounds like "phishing".

left message on phone. gave a case number and said they were reporting it to  their lawyer.  I have no idea what this is about . Tried to call number,1-888-716-6226 . Could not leave a message on , machine was full???? I'm calling AT & t To make compliant.

I just recieved a call from Caroline and she stated that I had committed fraud and they were going to file all these charges against me.  I informed her that if I had a debt I would be but she could not provide me with any actual information...Astro Lending company...I sent them a message.  Anyway the number she gave me is not even working .  Because I told her I would need some documentation with my signatures.  I am reporting them.

I have sued DM Associates for calling and leaving messages on my sister's mother-in-law's landline looking for me (when I lived on the other side of the country), for calling me at work, and for threatening to put me in jail.   I won my lawsuit and was awarded emotional distress and for being a victim of FTC law violations.

This company is a ENORMOUS joke and if you street-view their address, you'll see it's located in a crappy part of town above some crappy strip mall. These people all are bark and no bite and they try to make money by feeding on the scum and refuse accounts that nobody else wanted to collect on. They're morons and you shouldn't take anything they say to heart.

I just received a call from PR Associates, Direct Mediators.  They stated that I owed a bill for 810.00 but if  I settled, if could avoid legal cost.  They wanted my attorney information and stated that I could face court cost of $2,850.  They provided me with a Date that they said I defrauded a company.  They said it was a on-line payday loan.  They Is it v had my work address and my home address.  I can not recall owing  the payday loan from Bahama Management or Sigamore.  Please help me I do not know what to do.!! I gave them some bank card information. Is this valid

They left a voice mail message at my work #.  Threathening calls.  Is there anything that I can do, to stop them calling me.

I got a voice mail message from this number on my WORK phone by Dina, whose name I've seen on the other complains on this number... She said something about a complaint filed in their office, and she was speaking VERY low... I tried to call back it goes to some voice mail that the intro is so fast I don't know what it says.
She mentioned the city and state I live in on the voice mail, but after seeing all these reports, I have a feeling this is some sort of scam. don't trust it at all

Record any future calls, report them to the ftc,fcc,their state attorney general and your attorney general. Research the FDCPA. This is why you should record their calls, when they violate any part of the FDCPA you should retain an attorney to sue them. Attorneys take these cases on commission.

Just got a call from Jason Cobb? with DM & Associates as well.  Oh, so this company calls from different numbers and they use different names but they are always threatening or harassing.  Stating that I have a case number, and that they are sending a court summons to my home and office, (if they had an address they should have sent something in the mail in the first place for me to believe they are valid).  Anyway they also called people I know and people I used to know and have phone numbers that I've never even had.  How does this happen?  These guys are out to get you and your money.  Don't pay them anything, do not admit that it is you when they ask for your name, (even if they already know it), and definitely don't give them any personal information, ESPECIALLY MONEY!  Validate your debt first.  Talk to the original creditor before paying any collection agency, and be sure they are not scamming you because this company certainly will.

I have received 4 calls from this number.  They identify themselves as D N Associate Mediators???Different names all time- the last one is Dina- she stated that she had my name and social security number- that I needed to call her asap-- that her client claims that i have committed fraud of some sort- she would not give me any other info. I tried to call her back to find out what in the World this is all about-- it was after 6pm- no one answers the phone- had to leave a voice message. Very suspicious behavior- I came on line and saw all the complaints about this number!!!!

I received a call at work today from a man who identified himself as "Investigator Logan".  He told me that I or my attorney needed to respond to him ASAP before civil charges would be filed and I would be in serious trouble.  I asked for a call back number and was given 888-716-6226 and then was given the name business information:

Who do I report this to?

Someone from this number called my place of work, & got my coworkers all worried & upset.  The
 caller identified himself as Inspector Logan & told my coworker that I and(or) my attorney have a 2
 hour window of time to contact him, or I would be facing serious trouble.  
 My attorney advised me that the information this alleged inspector gave my coworker was false,so
 I chalked it up to another scam target.  
 They're out there & they don't give up!!   Do Not give people like this ANY personal/banking information.  If you have an attorney, call them immediately on getting calls like this & have them do
the mediating.  It is not adviseable to talk to these people on your own!!!
