It's Saks Fifth Ave security department. Like Cookie, I was a little suspicious that maybe it was a scam, but I called the customer service no listed on the Saks Fifth Avenue Web site and they confirmed that the number/call was legitimate. Husband's card and information was used for an order we didn't place. Had to cancel card. Good thing I double checked before writing it off as a scam.

I wanted to thank your Fraud division for  helping me deal with and stop thief on an account that occurred on January 21, 2013.  Your department moved quickly to stop the fraud, refund the money and stop any further fraud.

You are correct, it is legitimate.  My credit card number was used there today.  Had to call & cancel the card.  I don't know how they stole the number, probably online.
