If I am usually a day or 2 behind the due date... calls start. 5 days and the calls are 6 a day.


One month I had to wait until a paycheck hit my account, that put me about 1 week and 2 days past the due date & they had called 8 times a day/3 days in a row...

All of this while my past with them has been nothing short of immaculate.

Funny thing is, if they had an actual person calling & not their robo-dialer to get me on the phone, then on hold until an operator can pick up... I'd answer more often. But the robo-dialer doesn't leave voicemails to f em.

Yep. Ally all right.  We had never been late with a payment through GMAC or Ally until I was laid off a year ago.  Now, if we are 1 minute late, they begin calling at 8:01am our time, and don't stop until 8:59pm.  On average, they call about 60 times per day during that time period.  If we answer, they want to know why they haven't received payment yet.  We have been up front with them that things would be tight due to the layoff, and they say that "they can help." If you ask how they can help, they say,"we can take payment over the phone."  WTF! Guess they are too dumb to figure out that if there is no money in the account to send a check, there also is no money in the account to make payment over the phone.  They are also notorious for "making deals" like if you can make a partial payment, we can avoid late fees, other fees, etc. and/or they will stop calling.  Bullpuckey!  As soon as you hang up the phone, they are calling wanting the balance of the payment, plus a late fee. Harrassing Liars, Crooks and Thieves.

Actually, CJ is right, they will repo your car after 2 missed payments.  I was away on business and forgot to make car payment.  Totally my fault.  Woke up one morning and car was gone.  They had repoed it.  After 2 missed payments.  Don't screw around with tem.

They have called me multiple times asking for two different people who do not live here.  I have told them over and over that they have the wrong number but they still call.  I started blocking the numbers that they call from, but it does no good - they just find another number to call from.  It is seriously annoying especially since they call EARLY in the morning.  They even called me on Easter Sunday.  I wish I could get them to stop, but I have no idea how - apparently telling them they have the wrong number is not good enough.

i dont know why they keep calling me after I have told them that they have the wrong person and number and to stop calling my number.  they call me repeadedly and after telling them that I am not he or they hang up and call back in 15 mins.  this is beyond annoying.

Went on Vacation, absolutly forgot to make my car payment,, my fault,, nobody elses problem.. Got back today..  after two weeks away.  I checked messages on my home number but the only messages were from family and friends saying hi.  So didn't think anything of it.

Got home, got a call from this number, answered it, waited about a minute to see if someone would come on. it was Ally Financial,,  they wanted by car payment..  I felt like a damn fool for forgetting it so I paid it over the phone..

Then, as is usually my custom, I have the ability to look back to see if they had called while I was gone..

In a two week period of time, I received 134 calls from them without leaving a message.


I've got 3 payments left on my car, $200.03 per month...  I can't belive they wouldb go this nuts for 200 bucks...  134 calls in two weeks...    wow

Allied (Ally) Financial from the Philippines they call several times a day for a person who does not even work in our office. They speak very little English and the little they do is broken. So when I tell them time and time again it is either going through one ear and out the other or they just do not understand. They will continue to call and harass you. I understand that out sourcing is cheaper but since they are in another country not all laws apply to them as they would here in the United States. In addition they are a third party vendor so they will have not any direct information on any account so they will be unable to verify, they will be unable to tell you who is collecting. I wish you all the best of luck with dealing with people who like to try to undermined others working for a crap company. Maybe we should not have bailed out the banks and the motor industry maybe the government should have bailed everyone out so we could pay our bills and then we all would have been back on track?

This number is Ally. I guess Ally must have lied to you when you called them. They call people all the time constantly when you are late on your car payment.

i called ally and asked them if they were affiliated with allied financial ..they told me ..no...they were not and did not know who allied financial is so i thanked them and hung up ....i looked up this business ..there is a allied financial in statesville n.c. which started with the area code of 704 though and not a 888 toll free number that they called me from...asked me if i was so and so when i took the call..i didnt say yes or no just asked the caller who is allied financial and what do they want...caller..a male...didnt answer my question just held his line listening so i told him..if yer still listening ..there is no one here who has done any business dealings with your company and DO NOT CALL BACK HERE AGAIN...i hung up ..thing is though how is this place getting my unlisted cell phone number ...and yup i am the person he asked to talk to but if he cant tell me what he wanted then im not telling him who i am either ....cause i never have done business with this company so i know i dont owe them any money or nothing else ..

They start harrassing me with calls when I am only 3 days late on a payment!!!   The customer service is horrible with ALLY... GMAC was much better

This is Ally, they took over GMACFS. The reason for them calling is because your car payment is late. They don't take no crap and will gladly repo your car!

Yea they called early in morning and hung up when i confirm my name. There based out in Asia. Don't know who they are but keep calling my house.
