who is calling me and why

Nice try attorney... Some people are dumber than they look. Who even says kit n kaboddle? Can you say redneck?

Got this call and like others they claimed to be looking for a 'person of intrest' and if this person did not contact them they would "proceed" without this person of intrest permission. They left a call back number of 888-729-4795 but my service picked up the number they were calling from. 1-317-708-3664. The number is from Carmel Indiana. Don't know who to report it to.

The message left on my phone for my son also said it was for a ACH fraud..what a bunch of #@$^

SCAM...these people called my number leaving a message saying they filed a case against my son..I looked up this number and wow..guess what I found...look at all the notes people left on this message. I feel we should get the FBI Involved.

I got a call from these guys - and get them all the time. at first I thought it was in regards to someone who got into a car accident with my son so I called back. They left messages with family members and great for me on their machines! These guys are debt collectors in some shady little hole in the wall officet, my buddy worked for one of these joints years ago, he was a debt collector. He gave me the inside scoop. They tell you they got paperwork to move forward to this place and that place. They basically break every fdcpa law known.  they use a bunch of legal-ease and pretend that they represent their "client" as they told me a payday loan company. Told me I was going to court, said a bunch of empty threats and tried to basically get me to pay them for a debt I included in a bankruptcy 4 years ago. I didn't tell them that. Here's is the only thing these guys understand...money, you tape them' & sue them'.plain n simple.I talk to these idiots about once a month or so. I string em along, promise to give them a few bucks, tell them i don't want to go to court, act scared and the whole time my tape recorder is rolling. One guy Brian yelled at me, then I talked to a girl one time who told me if this isn't resolved with them it goes to my county. They threaten me with court every time i talk to them -you can pick up a tape recorder for a few bucks on ebay or at any electronic store. screw calling the attorney general, what's that gonna do for me.I want their money. I got 4 tapes so far and it's great because they are all like little robots in all the s*** they say.. no mini miranda, false representation, they have told me papers are gonna be moved to court and I will go to court and have to pay like 1500 plus I will face theft etc. Fraud the whole kit n kaboddle they throw out there. I decided a few months ago to set them up.Now I call them up every few weeks or sometimes they call me.I write everything down, save all their correspondence and just put them on speaker phone and tape them and keep stringing them along. .my lawyer wants me to get a few more months worth of tapes from these idiots then they can travel to my state ( across a few states) or pay an attorney in my state to defend them ( more money they will pay hehehehe) and in a state they can't collect because they are in depew ny and appear in court  for my suit. I encourage everyone on here to grab a tape recorder and call them back! it is so worth it! I plan on taking the money we get from them and taking a cruise with the wife on their dime! haha, Then I will mail them some pictures and a thank you letter for the free trip! Whats funny is because I play them along they never even bother to look at my bankruptcy and I slipped it in on tape that I took one during one of their little threatening speeches and they just kept trying to get me to pay. I encourage all who read this to look these idiots up and do what I'm doing.these guys get sued every once in awhile.they know it's a cost of doing the business they do, so fuc em, trust me they hit tons of people with this bs and get lots of cash from lots of people. they collect it from states they should not. There are some legit collection agencies around who try to help to resolve debts yes, these guys don't do anything with your credit or have any legal power. My lawyer found out that they change their phone number every few months and did used to be affilated with a real attorney.Patrick corbitt i think was the name.look that winner up. anyway don't run from these guy, endulge them, act scared when they threaten you and they will - tape it all - hope you get the young hot headed guy I think the little piss pot goes by tommy right or tony right, s*** he is half my suit! Sounds like a little 15 year old dope head. Ya know folks I took one of those payday loans years ago and I lost my job after being with my company 15 years. Couldn't pay the loan and it cost me tons of bank fee's. I really hated it at the time but now these idiot's are about to make some of that bad memory a little easier on me -  Anyway that's how you handle it. I will post back on here in 3 or 4 months when i file my suit until then spread the word and you can get paid off them too! remember all you need is a tape recorder and you put them on speaker.they will do the rest for you, then take your tapes, their letters and all your notes to an attorney. These guy make me wish I took out 100 of these things. If i would of known that these are the kind of tactics that these " debt collectors" use I could do 6 figures a year just suing the little scumbags.

I received a message on my work number. How in the heck did they get that number when I don't even know it?

I received a call from a Person called Tony looking for my son, obviously they had researched our last name, and had various addresses. I am glad I looked up this site, sounds like a scam to me. They also left a lot of information on my phone about my son.

they call from a legal office with a case number ? oh yeah what legal office- do nottt give any personal inf scam

I agree what the heck is this all about, there other number is 218-389-4662 and the name of the company is ACH Services. Sounds like another phone scam to gather information for there hackers to get into your personal life.

They called me,sounded like a scam form the beginning,they ask allot and then try to build a case from there. There the ones who are a fraud. Dont tell then anything and ask who they want to talk to.
They probably don't know or have the wrong name all together. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

tony wright  called from withheld number but left this number to call back. said he's from "free legal dept?" kinda choppy. said i was listed as a reference and had a case number? said to reference the case number when i returned his call at this number
