I got the same letter in the mail.  I called the number, and got the same dog and pony show offer.  I plan to go  to the presentation with hidden video camera and post the findings

Received a letter stating I won 2 roundtrip airfares with a retail value up to $1400.00 and if I called today I would receive a $100 Dining card.  Looked fishy!

Actually it is not a scam, just a sales gimmick. You really do get the free air fare and 100 dining card. But you do have to go sit through a sales pitch trying to get you to purchase a vacation from them. You do not have to give them and credit card info just say yes or no as to wether you own one. Not a bad deal for an hour and a halfs worth of time!

This letter is most definitely a fraud.  I bet if you called them they would want your bank account or credit card info. I just got this letter as well.  I am a fraud examiner for a large publicly traded company and this letter has so many red flags.  I would not reply to their letter ? this is a FRAUD!!

I am sitting here because I just received the same letter from them, dated the same day, with both my last name and town misspelled!  Losers...

I too, received a letter from them, postmarked Oct 30, 2012.  The letter contained a MUST RESPOND NO LATER THAN Oct. 26, 2012 to receive 2 free roundtrip airfares plus a $100 Dining Gift Card........So, they mailed it four days past their posted deadline..... I'd say that looks a tad bit suspicious...... The telephone number is the same as referenced here..... but they will not be receiving a call from me.... no way.....

Might be a scam, but they didn't ask for any credit card numbers? I asked why they want to know if I own one, the answer made sense to me at least. They want you to come in for a sales presentation, if you own a credit card you are probably more financially stable than someone who doesn't. They aren't giving out Obama phones, they are giving out airfare and dining cards for financially established couple's who if they see something they like, they can purchase it. If you can say no to something you don't like, you will be ok.

Got the same letter.  This time the letterhead said GSM, Brightford & McCaw.  Since I'd been involved in the same kind of thing before, I didn't bother to call the number.  Just searched on the number listed in the letter and found the post above this one.

Telemarketer
First we received a letter stating we had won free airfare to anywhere in US. Tried looking up thier 888 number. No Luck! Figured a quick call was in order. It is a scam outfit. TIMESHARE. The fun part is when they ask for your CCard info, I always say, I don't do credit, I pay with cash. Telemarketer went silent. I hung up and laughed!
