Why don't they leave a message if it is legit?  I'm not answering calls from 888 or 800 numbers when they don't.

PS.  I am certain this number is legit because I just spoke with them.  They seem very nice and very professional. I complained about a Sam's Club Pharmacy that gave me a hard time transferring prescriptions from Wellcare and Coventry Health was calling to follow up on my complaint.
