Another fax from these b*****ds!

I called the toll free number and a man answered after the fourth ring. he sounded very professional and he said they were based in LA, i asked for the address and he said that they are a call service not a business. He proceeded to tell me that they just relay the information to direct merchant capital like a phone 611 help service. I told him i could not find any verifications online that these were 100% trustworthy loans, he replied and said that he can have someone contact me tomorrow with loan and detailed information. I told him about the penal code section dealing with fraud and he was calm and assured me everything was in order. i think they act like pros, but in the long run after a few documents are signed and paid for, you wont be able to find them.

Note: Broad faxing is illegal!  A $500 per occurrence can be had through a class action attorney.  My next message will have their number.   In the interim, if you want to stop these b*****ds set up an Asterisk PBX system to no stop auto-dial them straight out of business.  It is hard to run a business when you phone bill is a Million + a month!

I received the second junk fax in as many days from these creeps, each addressed to one of our clients, which goes to show how accurate their lists are. I called their toll-free number and asked if they would like me to call them frequently to waste their time and run up their phone bill just like they were wasting my time, phone line, electricity, paper and toner. They said that they would take me off their fax list if I would provide my number. I told them that I wasn't interested in just having my number taken off their list, but that I wanted them to tell me that they would stop sending junk faxes to everybody. When they said that they wouldn't stop sending their faxes, I explained that I would call them to remind them on a regular basis. Unfortunately, they tagged my number after my send call, so I only get a quick "Thanks for calling" and a hangup. I would encourage everyone else to call their number to ask them the same question: "When will you stop sending out junk faxes?"

Received same piece paper in fax, did call them and asked them where is their location; answered: We are in Pasadena CA but have no ZIP Code.
I told him you are very close to us let me have your address and I'll stop by at your office to complete the application in person, he said " WE DO NOT HAVE OFFICE" I asked, do you work at home office? answered: "NO"
We try to keep that classified, do you like me to fax you the application, all we do is phone service and can't have people in our location....
This is outlaw operation and I think serious acction should be taken against those who are behind this.

Same junk faxes as everyone else saying that I have been approved for a business loan.  Such a scam!  Anyone know who these scammers are?

I called a couple times before I talked to the nice lady.  I needed to call back.  It appears only one person works there.  My loan was quickly approved and they stated they were eager to send me the loan proceeds as soon as I paid the first six payments.  The interest rate is also very high, but they they don't tell you all the facts.

Let's see me send them six payments on a loan not yet received...no matter what else is said. What idiot would do this?

Then I talked to my business neighbor.  He follow all this and pay the amounts requested.  The check did not come....then the nice voice on the phone kept making excuses and then threaten to sue my neighbor if he continued to harass her claiming he lied on the application call.

If you're not able to make the business run on it's own merits and finances now that you have to borrow money, how are you going to pay back this alleged loan?

If it wasn't for the fax, I would have never known about business cash advances.  I was skeptical at first.  When I called Direct Merchant Capital they were very friendly and patient with me because I asked so many questions.  The end result...I got the cash and was able to save my business.

The representatives were very informative and polite. They were also able to get me a loan in 2 days. No gimmick

These sorry b*****ds sent me a fax today. I am going to track them down andbeat them like a red-headed step-child!
