The number 888-742-0493 has called me several times each day for several days.  Each time the caller id says Toll Free Caller.  I've answered this call before and the claimed to be Bank of America mortgage service, but they were requesting an awful lot of personal information to verify who I was.  I then said "But you called me!"  I refused to give out this information since my mortgage wasn't late.  A few months ago, BofA did call me and the caller ID said Bank of America.  I don't trust these callers.  I think it's BS that it's a company policy to block caller id.

The number 888-742-0493 has called me 6 times since Monday 5/12, including twice today at my work number. I do not pick up, and there is never a voicemail message.

Wellcare received 10 or more calls to 813-206-1703 a day. We request thgis calls to stop and decist.

888-742-0493 identified as "Service" repeatedly calls and it is multiple times in succession each day.  I have not answered as I do not know who this caller is.  Perhaps an air horn response to the caller would solve this problem.  Criminal and harassing calls prevent our right to calm and private occupancy in our home.  It distracts from childcare, homework, studying for final exams, relationships, prayer, and all important activities that take place in the sanctuary most of us call home.  THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED!  It is generally anxiety producing.  Why and how is it possible that our quality of life can be attacked in our own home with no consequences to these offenders?  If AUTHORITIES CANT STOP IT, THEN WHY IS ANYONE ALLOWED TO USE THE SYSTEMS AND METHODS THEY ARE USING?

12 calls yesterday! I am not late.  When answered the line was on hold with music playing! clear harassment.  There was no intention of any contact with most of these calls, just to have our phone ring.

They ssid they called from BOA but it was in reality a SCAM.

They just called me at my job but my payment isn't late yet? I verified my address n last four of social but I refused to give my banking information, hopefully they can't do anything with that to mess me up!

This number calls nonstop. I have a mortgage with BofA but this is harassment any way you look at it. I never answer since the number is blocked and I usually just unplug my phone.

We do business w. BoA, so I expect calls whenever a payment is late, but I have told them repeatedly not to block the caller ID.  They keep saying they have to, or it's company policy, etc.  Well, BoA, I am too busy to memorize your #, and I basically never answer blocked ID calls, so there you have it.  They are prob. wasting lots of manpower and $$$ w. this silly policy, but they can just pass it on to all of us in the form of higher rates and fees- a lot like the federal govt. operates.

They call every 20 to 30 minutes during week days and will not confirm their identity except that they are from Bank of America. They want all your personal information.

BOA Mortgage calling to ask when I'm going to pay my mortgage.  I told them the 29th of the next month.

Its the bank of america mortgage dept. Apparently now if your payment isn't in by the 2nd of the month they call to see when you'll be making the payment. They say that unless it is paid on the 1st or on automatic payments they will keep calling.  

I called BoA Fraud Department and they said no one from BoA would ever request information in that fashion, especially if the Caller ID says unavailable. So I filed a complaint with the FBI Tip line.  If you have Verizon you can use **77 to block any caller that does not identify themselves.

Bank of America claims I am one month behind on a home equity line payment, but when I check the website, it says next payment due May 15. Fortunately for me I will be out from under this bank within the next 30-45 days. Guess this goes to show why Bank of America is always being investigat3ed by the US Government for something.

It is a collection agency trying to get you to refi through them for Bank Of America....    Only problem is Bank of America is one of the biggest scam banks in the world.....   They would rather tie you up in red tape and keep you paying a high interest rate....    I could be 2 days late paying and they hound the crap out of me.....    Yet there are people out there a year behind on payments and still living in the house......    Crazy !

This number 888-742-0493 has called six times today alone.  Have not answered, but to Rik above, Bank of America's name is always identified when they call.  I suspect this caller is not Bank of America.  How can we stop these annoying toll free calls?

Said she was from Bank of America. Wanted me to confirm my information. I refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she said there was none.
