These people that say they are reps for The Law Office of Mitchell N. Kay, P. C., Seven Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001, 212-695-8155 or 800-247-4720.  The most recent call today at 8:17 a.m. on a Saturday morning, this is the latest of their relentless attempts to contact a person that is unknown to us, a person that is not a member of our family.  They will not take our number off their calling cycle, they call from several different 888 or 866 numbers and even private and out of area numbers, they hang up on us when we try to question them, they are very very rude and they speak very poor broken english.  When we called the number back to complain they would only ask for a reference number and would again not answer any of our questions as to why they continue to harass us.  We are going to start recording these calls, if we recieve another call we will find an attorney and file harassment claims against the above mentioned attorney, AND contact our Attorney Generals office to file a complaint.  It seems pretty obvious that law firms and collection agencies don't have to follow the same laws that the average citizen does towards harassment.

Can't make out their words, so , I don't know WHAT company it said they are with. Law offices was the only thing I understood. Of course, you hear that and its concerning, but they won't answer me as to why they are calling unless I give them my phone#. I said I am not giving out my info, she said "well, call back when your ready to give out some info, bye", and hung up on me!

have the calls traced by doing *57 after each time they call. This will send the number to the Annoyance call bureau, they will send a letter of harassment and terminated the offenders phone line.

its a law office. i got called from this number and called back. you most likely are getting sued by t-mobile as am i.

Spoke to La"queef"sha tonight. Only words I could make out were law offices of blah blah blah. Buncha mumbo jumbo. Didn't finish any of her words, could barely understand her. When I called this so called "law offices" back wanting to know who they are, she wouldn't tell me. Asked for my number, I said, I am not giving my information to you, she rudely replied "Well, ca ba--k win u wona giv up sum info--ma'shuuhhh, Bi" and hung up on me.

Bunch of aubergines calling from a low life, low budget collection agency. Call the companies they claim to represent and you'll find they know nothing about the collection the aubergines are talking about. They buy dated collection status accounts that may or may not be be accurate. Slimes like them don't care.

Some low life who cannot pronounce a name, calling regarding a T-Mobile overcharge from 7 years ago. T-Mobile claims to not know anything about it. mobile phone companies and their terrible billing practices.

When they called and asked to talk to me, they gave their business name as Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay.  When I asked them why they were calling, they hung up the phone.  My current debt is all in good order and anything over 7 years isn't valid so I don't know why they are calling.... thanks for the info on the company.

called, left no recording, we where not home....  called back and got the law firm recording to hold on for account services.  yeah right.....  we have above 770 credit ratings for each of us.  I'm pretty sure i dont have anything in common with this place...  they can blow the wrinkles outta my sack!  just ignore them as i have been hit by a number of these bogus callers and id thieve wannabies.

As Frank has stated, this is a law firm acting as a bottom feeder collection agency, buying old, charged-off debts for pennies on the dollar then attempting to collect on them.

Said to call from Mitchell N. Kay lawyer office, looking for my wife, would not reveal what was the issue.  We have never had anything to do with lawyer, what is their intent?!

I got a call from this number as well, it was for my father, but he was not here. I asked them to leave a message but they didn't want to leave one. BTW the caller's name was "Laqueesha" or some other black woman name similar to that. I asked her why she called but she refused to answer so she just said bye and hung up.

The bottom feeding colelction agency explanation makes sense though, considering my history. I walked away from a number of credit cards back in 1995. Still have a few angencies pestering me by mail, and now by phone it seems.

Law Offices of Mitchell N Kay.  A bottom feeding collection agency. Usually goes after VERY old and out of statute debts. Buys for pennies on the dollar then tries to collect. Lots on the web do a google search. Know your rights before you deal with these people.
