Recived a message on answering machine stating to call back right away .  Stated he was an investigator so I called back - they were looking for a relative but they would not tell me what agency they worked for.  If they were a real investigator wouldn't they identify themselves as to what agency they work for.

called private left vm to call Susan Falmer @ ext 318 stating to call back right away ..and if they were a real investigator they wouldn't identify themselves as such when trying to contact someone by phone for the first time unless they were actually a public official and they would identify the company or goverment unit they actually represent

They call with different names, even often reversing first and last name.  They even sent a repo guy out to my house  I have never owned the type of vehicle they are trying to collect on.  When I asked for the name of the lender, and I contacted them, they had no record of ever lending money on the vehicle, much less my name and information.

Unfortunately, the people calling and harrassing have found my personal information and they call me at work and at home .  It's certainly unsettling

RECEIVED CALLS TO MY CELL PHONE, WORKPLACE AND THEY HAVE CALLED SEVERAL RELATIVES, HAS EVEN SENT TEXT MESSAGES IDENTIFYING HIMSELF AS AN INVESTIGATOR DAVIS, SANDERS (USED SEVERAL NAMES).  I AM TRYING TO GET A NAME OF THE COMPANY TO FILE HARRASSMENT CHARGES AGAINST THEM.  THEY WILL NOT RELEASE ANY INFORMATION.  THEY THINK THEY ARE CALLING RESTRICTED BUT MY PHONE IDENTIFIES ALL NUMBERS IT IS (972) 861-5529. VERY ANNOYING AND I NEED A NAME OF THIS COMPANY.

says hes investigator torres calling about a loan.  threatens to take us to court if we dont call back. even calls my 15 year old son at school. funny thing is i dont have any outstanding car loans. very annoying calls several times a day.

I called and spoke to someone but they refused to tell who they worked for.
