I have also received messages on my parents, ex mother in-law, ex brother in-law and ex father in-laws phones.  This company is breaking the federal HIPPA law and we have filed a complaint.  Doug Green is the name this person is using and I sure that is not his real name.  They claim that I used these people as references and I know for a fact that is not true because I have been divorced for over 7 years.  I am considering a law suit myself against consolidated collection. There were no papers filed as they claimed in the phone messages.  My only income at this point is SSD and that is not garnish able by anyone unless it is the IRS or child support.  Please file a complaint so there is documentation of the illegal actions.

yes these are bill collectors that tell you that you owe some dumb payday loan and they call your place of employment and embarass you telling everybody that you committed fraud and there are pending charges against your security number and etc... then they tell you they hired a personal locator to come to your house and job to serve you court papers.  Best thing to do is avoid payday loans !!!!!  The money borrowed is not worth the hassel if you can't pay these idiots back.  Too boot they are not legal in the states so in order to obtain their money back they sue you for writing a bad check to them.  A***oles!!!  I say it should be a law protecting us from all the interest they tack on to these loans.  Until then I say we stay away from these godly awful loans.

A message was left on my voice mail this afternoon from a Jane Stevens regarding a claim and charges against Willa Mae Lee. I called the number three times and told them that there's no Willa Mae Lee living here. I don't know how they got my number. They also said that they don't make outbound calls. I also asked them if this was urgent, and they said yes. There's legal charges against this woman. I provided them with the claim number that I heard on the recording so that they could take my number out of the system.

The name of the company at that number is Consolidated and it's a mediation firm. I had every right to question them. Why would they be calling me when I don't even know this person?  This is one of the strangest and most unusual phone calls that I've ever received.

I also got called an a man came to my place of empolyment stating that he wanted to serve me papers ,, asked for my manager. I wasnt at work, he also called me an told me to call the 888-745-8465. when i called they were closed and told me to leave a message on vm.  if you dont mind me asking are you being ask to appear to court, and if so for what may i ask. because i dint know why they would want to serve me with papers

SS. Group... scam artists...

...more likely you work for them.. or you are the scammer... collection attorneys identify themselves- business name, address, bar #.  They can be reached by mail.. they don't break fair collection practices.  

I'd LOVE for this company to be legit and registered to collect debts... Serve me... I've already got an attorney lined up to recover the penalties for FDCPA violations.. I've reported them to the FBI and the Texas Attorney Generals office... I'm game... lets play.  

Ill use the money your company pays me for your 12 violations to pay the debt i don't owe :)

I recieved a call saying to call 888-745-8465. I listened to all of you when i got called at my work.. and my mother was called. SO i ignored them.
TO find out they were not kidding. 20 minutes after they called my work.. a man came in and served me, i now have to appear at the begining of next month.
everyone needs to watch out.

these people have been bothering lots of people and they call from different numbers one of the numbers they have called me from is 1-888-795-2905. they threaten and get mad when you tell them you know your rights they told us good luck in court which we know we won't be going too because were not registered in our state to give payday loans even online. not to mention in our state it is against the law for them to threaten criminal charges. right now i am sitting here at home for them to serve me we will see if it happens i doubt it will they were very frustrated that my hubby knew what he was talking about. and if any of you live in washington state go to the department of finacial insitutions website and look up the laws on payday loans that is what we did and if you get a call from a mike davis phone number 360-799-3873 don't answer that is the guy that says he is an attorney but he is not he wouldn't even give my hubby his bar number which by law they have to if you ask. he then told my hubby he is just the server and the number comes back to a cell phone that no one answers ever.

Called my school, demanded to only speak to the principal, said a bunch of false crap about claims against me which do not exist! I have never even heard of these people, and I certainly don't owe them anything!

they need to stop calling my place of employment.

they said i owe them for a payday loan that i never applied for. i do not need a payday loan i am pretty well off. what a bunch of jerks and scammers! they are using 830-637-7271 as well.

They keep calling me trying to say I have taken a payday loan out like 2 or 3 years ago.  They want me to give them my bank account info.  Crazy people!!

They actually called my place of employment and said they have notified them and I need to contact them right away.   NO idea who this is.

The message left was from an angry sounding black man warning me to contact"The firm" as I was being charged with something. I have been paying off all my debts so any calls from collection agencies iIve already handled. I have no idea who this person is and they attempted to reach me at work as well.
