in order for complaints to stop go to the attorney general's in your state they have a address to file a complain the do not call list does not handle  complaints then the attorney generals office. Detail your complaint and they will stop all calls...

Received a random call which I ignored.
Said his name was Larry and the rest was very long and hard to understand.
Something about a courtesy call to say he can offer business opps.
This is a company paid cell that he called.

I left my personal information on the NutriSystem web page, the HTTPS secured web site, specifically telling them that I wouldn't even think of ordering before the last week in November , but more approximately December 1st.   But right out of the batting cage comes the NutriSystem telephone call, even when you tell them that you will be initiating the telephone call.

I told them I wasn't home yet and to just call back and leave a number on the telephone recorder device.  Luckily the danged thing was turned off by accident, so I have not and will not call them back until the end of November.

put items in cart but didn't buy. They keep telling me they have a special offer not on website when they leave voicemail.

This number is calling me unsolicited.   Please get them to stop.

Get calls 3 times a day and it's been 3 weeks

I've gotten FIVE calls this morning alone. I even answered once and said I was thinking about ordering but I wasn't ready to yet. I took down the guy's ext # and everything, but since then I've gotten two more calls. Are you kidding me? I really didn't know putting something in my cart could lead to this. I am going to be so much more careful in the future. This has turned me off of the whole program. I don't care whether it would help me lose weight. I'll find a program that doesn't harass me.

FIRST OFF: It is a problem with having to go through the whole order in order to get the prices. I agree. That put's you on their phone list. SECOND: I still  intend to purchase and told the person who called. They asked me to call them when I get ready for those "discounts"... oh boy ;-) LASTLY: You morons who left some of these posts. Mostly, I see you stopping the rap talk. It's not cool and it shows you are illiterate. If I don't finalize the purchase, then I DID NOT purchase. Like... if i pick up something in a store and put it in my basket and then decide I don't want it and put it back... is that the same thing ? Some of you people are real dorks.

You can't even LOOK at the menu options without registering.  It's just a ploy to get our #'s so you can waste our phone minutes for the rest of our lives.  Maybe "Y'ALL" should be less secretive/scammy!

Why is it all ya'll going to NutriSystems and putting food in carts then not ordering and wondering why they be calling ya'll? Do ya'll not have a clue as to how business work?  Damn! That is why we in this mess in this country from the rip. Ya'll and ya'll friends in the D.C. has no clue!  Just...NO CLUE!  Stop it, ya'll, for real. Ya'll know what Tupac done said.

Nutri-System - They require a phone number when you place an order, but when you decide not to order and exit out, they call with "special" offers.  I cancelled for a reason, its too expensive. They don't give you the prices until you enter all this information.  Shady dealing if you ask me.

Nutrisystem harassing me to buy more of the food.

Keep getting calls from different Nutrisystem reps - like everyone else, thought about signing up, put stuff in my cart and left it - you would think after my not answering my phone or returning the calls, they would give up. adding them to my call block with Verizon - hate to do it, but they just won't give up.

I received a vmail from this number it was a Nutrisystem Rep. stated they are having a 40% off sale and she could offer me discounts that are not on their web site. I like everybody else did do a shopping cart but then decided not to waste my money. My phone number was changed this morning I do not know how in the world they got my new number. So I just put them on my block call list with CenturyLink and now when she calls it will automatically be rejected.

They called my cellphone-  I didn't answer. No idea why.. i've never used their product or contacted them..

It is Nutrisystem.  I too put in an order but did not purchase and they have rung my number off the proverbial hook.  However, I tried something new......I answered the phone "Law office of Bates and Bates."  They apologized and immediately hung up.  It worked for me....lol.

It is nutrisystem.  Just got a call but no one responded when I answered.  I inquired of them earlier this week because I am thinking of getting on the plan.  Why didn't they say anything when I picked up though - making me reconsider.

I visited the website of Nutri Systems and looked at the food and now they keep calling me.  I have told them I was not interested but I still get calls.  PLEASE STOP

they just called me and hung up didnt say anything I told them before I am on social security and cant afford their diabetic plan even though doctor told me its good but expensive

They never leave a message, the first month they did but now once a week they call but no message.  I made the BIG mistake of putting food in the cart then never ordering.  The third time they called I point blank told them to take my number off their list and not to call and then after that is when the calls came but no messages.

It's Nutrisystem. I added items to my cart, but didn't purchase. If I didn't purchase them then, I DON"T want to talk to you now! Stop calling me!

They called me today but didn't leave a message.   I had stuff in my cart for nutrisystem as well but didn't purchase.  I'm glad i missed the call.

They're still calling - although they assured me that I had been taken off of their solicitation list.

Nutrisystems keeps calling---I put food in my cart and didn't buy it, and then exited out.  Stop calling!
