Ummm...first of all you cant spell...second of all its not about the program itself, its about misinformation and the trickery...the taking of money that you do not authorize...its horribly immoral!  It sounds like people dont work the program because they want out before they even make any process, due to the deception of the company offering the services.  If it did well for you great, but the way out of debit IS NOT going into more debit.  You should prob revise your posts before posting; you aren't doing the company any good, defending them with that post.  In fact, you are just further proving the negative feedback.  Furthermore, instead of bashing those with negative posts, you should be citing, using specific examples, why you believe this company's program works so well.  Besides, its a bureaucratic company, hence the lack of common sense with the employees...meaning the employees have nothing better to offer society but harassing and deceiving.  You must be an employee.

This number is for a company called Innovative Wealth Builders. They tout themselves as a Debt Relief Company. Warning: do not answer their calls or from any of their other numbers: (727) 608-2713, (727) 608-2710, (423) 217-6147 and I'm sure there are others.

They claim to be a company that will help you lower your interest rates and help with credit card debts. They will not do this and in fact will raise your rates and increase your credit card bills like they did my elderly mother, an 87-year-old woman living on a fixed income who was desperate to pay off her credit card bills. They promised my mother in writing that they only took payment from what they helped her save. Instead, unbeknownst to her, they charged both of her Bank of America credit cards $895.00 and then an additional $799.00 roughly 10 days later on each card. That's more than $3,000 in fraudulent charges and no they did not contact her credit card company and get her debt or interest rates lowered. In fact, those both went up because she now has over $3,000 more in credit card debt than she would have if she hadn't taken their calls in the first place and let some slimebag talk her into trusting them with her credit card information.

They are now refusing to give her money back claiming they can still "help" her even that a) it's been six months since they first promised her help and charged her royally for said "help" and b) they lied to her about how they were going to get paid and she never would have authorized that much money and c) those cards are now canceled while she struggles to pay off the credit cards. Her relatives have had to step in just to pay for her to have air conditioning in August since she couldn't afford it herself--in 100 plus degree weather.

I am going to every law enforcement agency I can get my hands on and making it my personal mission in life to put this fraudulent company out of business. If they call you just slam the phone down in their ear and do not so much as allow them to get out a single word after they tell you, "Hi, I'm from Innovative Wealth Builders..." Also beware as they may be calling themselves by other names at this point since there are so many complaints against them. The only debt relief they're concerned with is their own--i.e. relieving their own debts through fraudulent actions like the ones they did to my elderly mother.

This company is still engaging in the deceptive practices described in these posts.  While they may have helped some people (doubtful), it cannot be disputed that they charge you ridiculous amounts of money to supposedly lower your interest rates.  They will not send out information first, which should be a clear sign that they aren't being completely honest.  When I said I did not want to be charged without seeing something in writing and that I needed more time to think about this 'service', the person who called became fairly nasty and condescending.  He made some comment about how putting the charge on my bill wasn't really my money, it was the bank's money.  His analogy was that if I declared bankruptcy, it would be the bank that was out the money.  Huh?  I wasn't declaring bankruptcy, was I?  So wouldn't I still be responsible for the charges?  And, if they didn't lower my rates, wouldn't I just be adding to my debt?  The whole thing seemed shady and the guy didn't like being challenged.  His final comment was, "We'll tell the credit agencies that you turned down our offer.  You'll still have your debt, good luck with that."  Even if it's not a scam (which seriously? it's bogus), it certainly isn't a professional business.  The only wealth they're innovatively building is their own (of course, if they can't pay their employees, one must wonder where's the profit going).

EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!!!!!!! I have worked at this place for only 4 days now. My first day was October 19, 2011. There was an ad in the newspaper saying to call their number to be scheduled for an interview. They scheduled me for an interview that same day and hired me that same day. I thought that this place was professional because they are on the 3rd floor of Wells Fargo in Clearwater. I assumed that they were affiliated with this bank but they actually are not.-They just work out of the same building, different floor. The training was only 2 days. In that training you sign some type of legal agreement basically saying that you will not use any of the information such as cc #s for anything other than work, and also saying that you agree to their company policy. After the paper work, the trainer informed the other 3 people that were offered the job, that there are times where you must go to some kind of store named Farmers or something-to have your check cashed. She said this does not happen often and that someone would let us know if we need to go to this store to have our check cashed instead of going to the bank. The trainer advised that they want us to go to this store because our checks would definitely be cashed there, instead of going to a bank or grocery store and the check bouncing. I'm thinking to myself "what kind of place doesn't offer direct deposit and doesn't have the money to pay their workers?" "and what kind of place is trying assist people with their debt, when they obviously can't pay their own?" We spoke about what we would be doing as "qualifiers" and the pay and commission. etc. We also filled out a form which was for us to get a license in order to be a telemarketer. That 3rd day, we were on the floor actually taking calls. The room is like a very small call center, the computers are out dated, and the room has VERY loud music from a playlist playing. Most of the music that is played has profanity. Not professional at all. The calls are from like an automatic dialer and we read a script basically a brief summary of what the company does and promising to lower the interest rate on the customer's credit cards. In order for the customer to qualify, they must not be over the credit limit or currently late on their payments. To see if the customer qualifies the toll free # on back of card, cc # is needed and the last four of the card holder's social. This info is given to one of the unprofessional managers and they go to a phone and call the toll free # to see if the customer is in good standing with the card company and to see if they qualify for the "lower your interest rate" program. After the manager is given this info, the qualifier(who called the customer) is done with the call. From there the manager explains what I would call the "fine print" or the "catch". In training we were told if the customer asks if there is a fee to tell them "no, as long as you qualify you will not have to mail a check or money order. " As you see this is a YES or NO question. Why can't I just say no. I asked the trainer was there a fee or was there not a fee? She gave me a lonngggggggg answer that didn't answer my question. So I'm really thinking is this a scam? Today was my second day on the floor and this is definitely not a job for me. I don't like feeling like I'm harassing people or feeling like they are making a bad decision by giving me their cc #. I wouldn't even give this company my cc # and I work there! That should say a lot. This will most likely be my last week. I've never seen a place like this. There is something illegal going on with this place and I can't wait until they are shut down. Also, my 1st day on the floor, I gave a manager a customer's cc# and the toll free #. When I went back to the desk that I was sitting in, the paper that had the customer's cc info on it was there ripped a few times. Paper was not shredded or in the trash. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. I would love to share more about this company. Feel free to reply and ask me any questions you may have.

TYPICAL MESSAGE FROM THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY - The truth is, the company is experiencing severe financial problems. They have trouble paying their employees, and when they do they have to send them to check chasing places. The majority of their checks bounce, they deal with these check chasing places on a daily basis to negotiate payment arrangements, to help their negative cash flow. And, they kite checks between their bank accounts. They know exactly how much they can cash a check for to go through, without raising suspicion.
In order to further improve their cash flow, and keep things going - they bill their customers more than the original agreed amounts (instead of 2 times 2, they stick their hand 3 to four times in the cookie jar). Additionally they bill them faster as agreed upon. Their business is a front to conduct wire fraud, fraud with the intend to defraud, and credit card fraud.
If you gave any information about your credit cards, or personal to IWB, I strongly recommend closely checking your statements, contacting your credit card company, and advising the States Attorney?s office in Clearwater, FL about the issues you encounter with this organization. The States Attorney?s office is currently investigating the business dealings of IWB, and did request all bank and financial statements from them. Help them to build a case, and ensure that the owners go to jail.
CLEARWATER STATES ATTORNEY?S OFFICE: BERNIE MCCABE (727) 464-622. They will transfer you to the consumer fraud department.

I worked for this company, they r a complete scam and they charge every client double and act like it was a billing error. Do not sign up for them to lower your interest rated when you can do it on your own. The employees can't even go to the bank that's why they double charge all of the clients the 1000$ fees and they never get credited back to your account they just keep you dreaming. They need your extra money to stay open. Make sure if they charged you you file a dispute with your credit card company and get a lawyer our you will never see your money again. The owners are Tammy, sheryl, and (who is a bi*** all the employees hate her and talk behind her back), an    d  carly shes fat

I think I am more angry of myself than anything. I checked out the company and found out what most of you have found out..a scam.  I called back and told them I no longer needed their services. Ramon told me there were only two refund policys. One was to sign the paper work that was in the mail.  I told him no..why would I do that I no longer needed their services. I asked for the second option. He said he wanted all my credit card numbers and information.  I said, What? That is even more crazy?  I asked Ramon don't you think that is stupid?  I asked to speak with his supervisor, he placed me on hold and said he was going to listen to my recording. I hung up immediately and called my card holder.  They has temporarlily taken off the two charges of $995 and I found out there was another charge of $795. I asked Discover is there anything I can do to warn other people. They suggested contacting the Better Business Bureau (local) I filed a complaint.  I was not surprised to see that they were not affiliated with BBB.  I will never deal with anyone on the phone nor internet again." Old- fashioned" way from now on.
