I tried calling it back with 800 first instead of 888 it's a chat line for men and Women......sick of the calls I'm on a do not call list how is this still happening?

First call today.  I answered, got no reply, so hung up.

I am getting several calks a day from this number. Never any connection, just despair and an eventual return to dial tone. No idea who is calling. Never a message left to voicemail either.

Political survey, claimed to be under the auspices of a well known university.  That might be true, but I'm not certain it is, since no demographic questions were asked, only opinions on issues and attitudes about the president and about a politician I had never heard of.  

i have gotten this call several times a day. when I answer they say nothing!! I told them to get a life and they called right back. what a joke :/

just repeats "Hello" and does not identify himself

DON'T CARE , DON'T CALL, WASTING YOUR TIME, WILL NOT ANSWER.....HA! HA! FOR YOU.........PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT.....HA! HA! ON YOU.............................

He called me hostile that I would not speak to him unless he identified who he was calling from.  Told him we are on do not call list and he said it was not a sales call.

I asked several times for them to identify themselves and the company they were calling from
and he would not give me any information.

Multiple calls (10+) today.  No message.  No one there when I answer.  Very annoying.

The phone rang and went to voice mail but I cut the connection before voice mail picked up.
So, I am not sure what this call was about.  Just tired of getting them and like to report each one on 800 notes as I get them. All I know is this past week has been nothing but harassing calls from many, many scammers.  

Updated: wife spoke to a man who called back and he stated he was calling from Planned Parenthood Southeast. We told them to remove our number from their system.

Yeah, they called me too.  I couldnt even tell who they were.  They sounded like they were speaking from a million miles away.  The volume was so low to the point it was barely detectable anyone was saying anything.  Not very effective phone spam if i cant even hear them.

American voice calling from a loud boiler room.  Asked for me by name, but refused to identify her company, and abruptly hung up the second time I asked.

They never leave a message but have called 5 times today.

We continue to get calls from this number frequently, every day, at all hours of the day.

They call, i do not answer, they call back...duh STOP calling!

They keep calling and I don't want it.

Yet another call..They can waste their time calling my number a gazillion times. I won't pick up the phone.

Political calls are awful from both parties.  I got one recently from Newt Gingrich.  PS:  The correct adjective for the political party is Democratic, not the stale Joe McCarthy putdown "Democrat".

Repeat phone calls from this number.  Rude people.  They called me back 10 minutes after I requested they put us on their internal do-not-call list, since we are on the National Registry so this must be one of the exempt companies.  I have since filed a complaint with the FCC and hope it will do some good.  Call shows up as "Unavailable" on caller ID.  One man did tell me it was "a survey" but would not elaborate.  They ask for my spouse each time, so I have not been able to get much more from them.

The T-lock Incoming PRO Call Blocker sells for under 60 bucks on Amazon and can block up to 1500 numbers.

They've been calling all week, but the frequency has been increasing.  Last night they called EIGHT times!  The later in the evening it got, the more often they called......until 9:00 p.m., when by law they have to stop. Today they have called TWELVE times!

I have caller I.D. and don't answer any calls that I don't know.  If I find anyone locally who carries one of the Panasonic phones with a call blocking feature, I'm buying it.  And this will be the first number I block!
