I got the same message from a Mathew Walters Saying he is going to serve me papers at home or my place of employment. Ridiculous I dont think I ve done anything lol but who knows I just wont answer any calls crazy !!!

Same number and exact message left for me but the name was Mathew Walters and he is going to show up at my employer as well. Good luck on that end. I work from home! ROFL! If they were legit they would be able to provide information as to why they are calling not just threats.

Yes I also got this same call and this Patrick Kennedy keeps calling me everyday leaving messages saying he is a courier for the filing party and that he is going to be at my house at 2pm to serve me with papers and if I am not here then he will go to my place of employment.  This is a total scam and it has to be illegal to do this.  I called the county courthouse to see if I have any papers that need to be served to me because if someone is going to serve you with papers they have to be filied with the courthouse and guess what no papers with my name on it!  Usually when peoe serve you with court documents they usually don't give you a heads up they are comming!  I wish I would of been able to answer these calls when this Patrick Kennedy called me because I can guarantee he would of gotten a ear full!  Does anyone m ow if what he is doing is legal?  I hope this post helps someone else and they can tell this Patrick Kennedy off!  So I will be here at 2 pm today waiting for him but I highly doubt he is going to show up considering I did look up this westpoint and associates and they are located in New York and I live in a totally different state!!  But if he does how up at 2 I will be sure and let everyone know.

I filed a complaint with the BBB - search phone number 888-755-5843 and you can file a complaint under the company. I have and the company name was already listed.

I also got the same call. I spoke with him and said, what is this for, he could not tell me. Told me I had to call the filing party at 888-755-5843. I told him to go ahead and serve me. This must be some kind of lame bill collector. There is no court involved. He is a liar trying to scare you into paying some kind of bill. Since they wouldn't give me any info I really don't know what it is for. I did call the toll free number to see what it was but I did not speak with anyone. Only a message came on for Westwood and Associates. I could not find any real info about this company so I don't care. I don't know who they are, what they want and since I can't get any info without giving my info, I gave up.

Got the exact same thing like J.J. They called my employer (I am on the phones and could see the operator was calling me and chose not to answer) and Patrick Kennedy left a message saying he was going to show up at my residence and employer to serve me court papers to show up on Monday. The number he left was 1-888-755-5843 with a case # (not going to leave that on here).  I hate these kind of calls - ESPECIALLY at my work!!!!

Received a call 2 days ago from a Patrick Kennedy, as if I didn't know that was a made up name. The number came up as a private number. I don't normally answer calls that are private or unknown or I know for a fact are collection calls. However, I had applied for some jobs and answered this particular call in the event it was from an employer calling for an interview. Anyhoo, this Patrick Kennedy asked for me by name when I answered the call and of course I confirmed. He said he was a legal courier that would be coming out on Thursday (which happens to be today) between the hours of 10:00 am & 2:00 pm to serve me with legal papers that I would need to sign and I would need to be prepared with proper ID. He mentioned he was going to either show up at my place of employment or residence to present these papers to me. I asked them what they were for and who they were from and he couldn't tell me, all he gave me was a filing number and case number and told me to call 888-755-5843. As I was trying to find out more information, we got disconnected but he managed to call back...of course by then I chose not to answer the call again but he did leave a message. He also called back again today to say he would be arriving at 2:00 to serve me with these papers either at my place of employment or residence. Here it is 2:30, and no one has shown up.  By the way, I called the toll free number that was left on the message and it for a company called Westwood Associates that deal with stuff like this (got the automated recording) however I could not find any information about them online. I'm sure it's B/S like other calls like this that I've ready about. If he happens to call back again, I'll be sure to have a little fun with him.
