I did not get a call but 3.88 showed up on my credit card statement and that said from google tree.  I dont know what it is but my cc company blocked anything else from them and i changed my number.

my did the free cd thing and i used my account for the three dollers s&h and then a month later i have a charge on my account for the 72 they have a monthly membership feee and she never opend the cd or went to the site to look into it they still signed her up with out tellin her and used my card info for it. they never had permission to do that eather ...

so i call and tell them i will returen it just give me back my money they give me the prosses on how to get your money back and i followed thru every step and have a fed ex proff they recived it and i called back the guy says i will get my money back with in 5 to 7 days he looked it up and said it was goin ...

oh and the lookin it up was a bi*** too they couldnt find me in there system cause it in some old prorgam they dont use anymore so they have to change computer what ever all lies they even lie on the message when you call ... i called durin business hours and the massage says were closed call back durin busniess hours bla bla bla i look at my watch and the time mached up i was callin in the time frame...

my money never comes i call back and they say they gave me the money and that i have it in my account NO i dont...

i filed a complaint with my bank they and get denyed twice sayin that i recived the services rinderd or what ever ...

filed complant with bbb and you cant do that beacuse they are located out of the uk ...

still no money back and no cd ... ive been robed the worst way

My bank gave me this number because these people charged my account for $78.00 and like everyone it said Googlemoneytree

I got scammed too, make sure you file a complain with the Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas it doesn't take that long there are only 2 complaints on there thus far and I know there are plenty more from the looks of this website, here is the information:

I got the same $3.88 charge 2 days ago.  I'm in the process of confronting the vendor and cancelling whatever subscription they think I've ordered.  It's an unnecessary hassle and waste of time to counteract unscrupulous business practices and greed.

SCAM ARTISTS USING USER AGREEMENT HIDDEN BULL CRAP SO THEY MAKE THE MONEY FROM GOOGLE TREE.  NOT ANYONE ELSE.

HEHEHE....... HERE'S WHAT I DID..... AFTER FILLING OUT THE FORM THEN IMMEDIATELY CANCELLING IT (WITH SUCCESS!) THEN..... ONCE I FOUND OUT THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY..... I WENT TO www.whospy.net and prank called them about 100 times within 10 minutes. You guys should try this, it would piss them off so much!

Got calls from them but refused to claim I was home.
Got charged 3 something and then the 70 something.
Also got bogus charges from "York Photo" and "MakeMoneyOnline" As well.
I had to cancel my card to stop this. What Crap!

I just spoke to Chelsea, who stated she worked for a 3rd party.  When I asked about the charges to my bank account, she went into the spiel about me not cancelling within 7 days so my account was billed.  I demanded to be canceled as of today.  I was told she couldn't issue any refunds. If I had know any of this was going to happen I would never have requested the FREE information, which had a $3.98 shipping & handling fee and no mention of any other fees.

I ordered a broshure for $3.88 by online. They charged $3.88 and additional $72.21 after few days without authorization. This company is in Las Vegas, Nevada (2375 East Tropicana Ave, Suite 8, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

I never answer phones for anything unavailable or blocked, so when I noticed money disappearing from my account, I checked my online account and found Google Tree.  My bank gave me the phone number, and they are "closed for the holidays," didn't gave a business name or anything.  Then I went searching and it is a scam.  I have no idea how it happened, either, so be very careful and keep an eye out!

made an unauthorized charge to my account. The debit is made by googlemoneytree, and this phone number was given to me by my bank as a contact for the company.
