I got a call from the 619 area code about some sealed legal documents.  the man on the phone gave me this 888 number.  this is the same bs they tried to feed me about 6  months ago.  it didn't work then either.

got a voice mail on the company phone system where i work with a case # saying i must call this number for a lega matter....if i didnt call back within 24 hours they would go to court without me!!         i called number but kept getting diconnected!

Called and stated had papers needed to serve to Mike Parks, and gave a phone number and case number and told him to call and disconnected. When call phone # they gave 888-761-1961 they answer corporate office and keep disconnecting on us.

I got a call from these idiots looking for my son, telling me that if my son doesn't call them back they will send the police after him either at work or at my home. How can these people make threats like this and get away with it?

They kept calling my father look ing for my wife.  My dad just called me today(11-17-2011) about it.
I called them back with the case number and was transfered to another person.  I told them to stop calling my dad and asked what this was about.  The person on ther other end informed me that the call was being recorded.  when I informed them per my right to stop recording the call they refused and said they would see me in court.  I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC online tonight .

you should not pay these people anything.  they're not going to serve you with papers.  its all a scam.  complain to your state Attorney general and the FTC.  The best thing to do (we were advised by an attorney) is to not accept the calls at all.  they will eventually stop calling.

Who are these people???  My brother (who lives in another state) just emailed me and said he got a call from this number and they were looking for me.   Must not be too important if they are calling my brother instead of me!

This place sued me for $3900 over an old credit card with a $300 balance!  Since I couldn't take off work and make the court date I automatically lost and now they are garnishing my wages.  I barely make ends meat as it is, and now they are taking $220 every month until the $3900 is paid off.  What is the world coming to?

I was told to call this number by someone out of Little Rock, Arkansas and it is a place called Western Finance. Not sure what they wanted but looked up their site and it is a company that buys loans, property etc, that is in default.

An unknown person went to my sister-in-laws house stating they have a summons for me using my brother as a reference.  Telling my sister-in-law that she had to accept it.  They were looking for me under my madian name that I have not used in over ten years.  He represented himself as an officer of the court.  Summons can not be accepted by anyone other than the person named on document.  The fraudulant server gave her a phone number and a reference number.  However, would not leave the name of the court tying to serve summons.  When I returned the call the number was to a message system.  It did not idintify the name of the court.  I am having my attorney contact them to see if I need to file charges.
