Ha!  I have been getting calls fromt he same people, but they're using a new number now which is 310-495-5211.  Of course, it's another middle eastern woman who claims her nameis Christina Johnson.  I laughed at her and she put some guy on the phone who said he would rape me.  (This was at work)

Then the people I work with got on the phone and started laughing at him to.  He then hung up the phone just to start calling my cell phone number.

I then "acted" like I was terrified and I begged them if I could give them my attorney's information.  He said said yes... so I gave him 202-324-3000 and asked him to ask for the Fraud Department.

Little did he know that was the number to the FBI headquarters. LOL

I recieved a call from a Man Named John Matthews / Supervisor for Legal Dept for United Cash Advance Loans located in Fort Mark, FL...Requesting that I call them back regarding a legal issue. I told them that I did not take out a Cash Loan and that I was already the victim of a scam where I thought I was going to receive a $7000 loan, but I had to send $2000 as collatoral that I would get back and just pay back on the loan monthly until it was paid off. I did not get the $7000 and I never rcv'd my money back. I wired the money via Western Union to Nova Scocia (Canada). Iam not calling them back...they want me to call 1-888-771-9249.

How did you resolve this as I had the harrassing call late yesterday afternoon? He had also contacted my workplace. He demanded that I go to Western Union call me when I got there and he would direct me what to do.Said enforcement agents would be notified and I would be in the outhouse beyond bars.Would not give me name of a cash advance company nor an address or date of loan. Said I borrowed $350.45 and have not made a payment so I owed 475.45.I have no record of ever doing this. He did have thick Indian acent was extremely threatening His phone number is 360-232-6633.

I was contacted yesterday by an "officer" Green, claiming that if i didn't return his call i would be in a legal mess. Well naturally, I returned the call.  Upon calling the number he provided me to call back, 1-518-533-5950, I was greeted by an "officer Norman" saying that I owe a payday loan and that I had a judgement against me for numerous crimes including fraud and theft by deception.  I told them I had paid that off, but he insisted I hadn't.  Told me that I owed them 599.25 and if I could maybe settle out of court if I talked to the Restitution Head, Steve Sebastian. So I said , Fine I will talk to him. This guy (I believe it was the same person, because of the same heavy middle eastern accent) continued to tell me if i didn't settle today then i would be going to jail. Told me that I needed to write down the following information and fax it to him:

The date
and my phone number

I (my name) hereby or defy that i have outstanding debt of 599.25. I would like to take care of this. Please accept my payment. I authorize to charge my debit card on 7th of March, 2011 for 200 dollars and the remaining balance on 15th of March 2011. By Signing this agreement, I also insure that I will not dispute on this transaction.

He also told me that i needed to include a copy of my license or social security card, and because i would not give him my bank name and credit card, i would need to give him my credit card number, the cvc code, my mothers maiden name and my bank name in this fax.

I did not fall for this, although i have found out many have.  But they won't quit calling my cell phone and keep harrassing me through voice mail. I have saved this recordings.
