Hi, wandering if you ever recieved a check from these scam artist. I too am waiting for a check, since Dec.2010. No check yet. When I call I get a busy signal. And by the way My bank(BofA) did not refund me the money, plus nsf charges. I am livid.  You just can't trust anyone any more.

They withdrew $99.95 from my account fraudulantly for Health benefits (on SS so don't need,) called ll/2,ll/5,11/4.11/18, check is in the mail. Now they won't return my calls, I am in Fl. and if they are fradulant, why havn't they been shut down and prosecuted.   Its called Preferred Health Benefit. How can they just debit your checking account with not your check, and saying signature on file.? Where is our government and all the taxes we pay? Im mad as hell.

I had them attempt to take out 50$ I no longer use that account so when they tried to cash the check it bounced and I got an alert of an NSF fee? Knowing I didnt write a check or try to buy anything I went to the bank to find out what it was. They gave me the company name and this number and I called it back. The bank refunded the NSF fee and the company when i spoke to them said someone applied for health insurance with my name address everything and I was like I DONT NEED HEALTH INSURANCE I HAVE IT THROUGH MY JOB. He quickly apologized and said theyd send me a check for 50 dollars. Needless to say the check never came but since it didnt go through the first time I didnt care anyway. Nothing else has been charged to that account. I still have it open but I still dont use it for anything.

They hit me for 79.95 on my checking account.  Bank is reimbursing but might need to close and start new accoutn.  What a pain. How can companies do this???

They scammed me out of $79 through my checking account

This company is very unprofessional they take your money from your account and then say they going to give it back.I have call several times and have not got any progress,they also block my number from calling since I have call so much.So if they take money from your account you have just lost out.

They took $19.95 out of my account (via an 'electronic check').  I did not authorize them.  I believe the same company did this to me last month or the month before.  My bank already refunded me that money without me having to contact them.  If this happens again, I may need to close my account and open a new one.

This company also took $19.95 out of my account, i contacted my banks fraud dept and i was told if you ever had an online payday loan, that company sold your information and its best to close your bank acct and open another one.  This co. is a SCAM!  Your bank should refund you the money after you fill out out a claim form. hope this helps!!

I don't know how but they took money out of my checking account - $19.95. I did not talk to anyone on the phone  and health insurance at work. I've been trying to get someone there to call me back but no luck.

This company took $50.00 out of my account, saying I wanted discount health insurance. I have insurance through my job! They told me that since I didn't approve it and I was within the 30 days they will mail me a certified check.
