This idiot has called everyone that has every been associated with me - which is illegal!  I talked to him a year or so ago and he was very threatening and even insulted me.  I just received ANOTHER call from him, but he only says the verification dept, and about serving papers.  They have called my landlord, my mother, sister, ex-husband, etc.  The list goes on and on.  I am reporting them to the BBB.  This has been going on for over a year!

Received a call from this number 888-772-9134.   Guy was very rude.  Hung up on him and read the on line comments.  Looking for my husbands ex-wife.    What does that have to do with us.

These people are so rude. They called my daughter told her she had an hour to contact me. Kept cutting me off when I was talking, called my daughter an a**, asked if we were single... I asked why does our marital status matter? He said, I was just guessing. Jerk! He was pushing us to the point of no return, then laughed when we got upset. I mean who are these people? Who trains them? How did they get her number AND address? Said they were going to serve the papers at her house when I dont even live there, never had. Told me I had a time limit then said they werent going to serve the papers today, maybe tomorrow. I demanded they serve me today and then proceeded to tell me I was "not the first lady" and could not demand anything. Called both me and my daughter both racist, when we had said nothing! My daughter was in the middle of asking him to transfer her to someone else (there was no manager on duty... RIGHT) and when she said I would like to speak to someone that does not put me down and call me an a**, he called her racist. Really? These people are just horrible.

Please fight back..they caused me sleepless nights..been calling all my family members...using a lot of names...I hired a lawyer....I fought back....they are scammers...fight back....harassing my family..calling day and night...saying that they will be delivering papers...will have a lawsuit...callin even the HR of where I worked..they are in trouble....just fight back.....my wish that I can see them in person and throw boiling water at their faces....I've seen a counselor because I almost had a breakdown....have not been performing well in my office..until I decided to hire a lawyer.....again Fight back...

These people buy bad debts, that are 15-20 years old.  Guy called looking for "pamela skeet"... I've had my number for 15+ years.  He said the debt was 16 years old and this was the only number they had for her.  I said please remove my number as it is not me.  Further calls will result in a harrassment lawsuit since I've informed you that the number is wrong.  They can't even collect on a debt this old regardless... pond scum for sure...  But the guy seemed nice enough.

This company RS Group is also calling my house, my ill sister-in-law's house and are being extremely rude.  They have called my job and left a message with payroll that they are attempting to serve me papers, which then trickled to my Asst Principal at my Elementary School, who then had to tell me.  (how embarrassing)  The debt is well over 7 years old and they refuse to give me an address.  They keep stating "What are your intentions?  Are you going to take care of this debt?"  I need to find their address, because I have requested that they do not contact myself or others via telephone, yet they continue, stating that they are trying to get accurate information on me to serve me paper.  Does anyone have an address for this company?

I kept getting calls from this number with voice mails on my home phone. Asking for my relative cousin who got deported to South America voluntarily over 5 years ago. They stated a claim number and that they had county documents to give him. First off the phone number they are calling is a number I obtained 3 years ago. My cousin's last name isn't the same as mine now being married. I am even in another county. My cousin left the country with no debt or outstanding dues. There can't possibly be anything pending. So I called after a voice mail was left stating they would come to the house. I explained to the man on the phone that my cousin is no longer in this country and left like 5 years ago. No wife or kids remain here. If these were official county documents, why don't they show that on there records?! He then explained to us they aren't the county calling. They are a company they hire to contact the person they are looking for etc... That sounded fishy to me, but he stated he would note the information I gave him and would not call again. So far after 1 day no calls.

They call me about every 3 days. Its always a man with a stern voice demanding I call back that they have made attempts to serve me papers at home and I wasnt there. I need to make an appoinment for them to come by. #1 REAL process servers DO NOT warn you they are coming. They catch you off guard on purpose. Im a stay at home mom, so im home ALL DAY.... They never cam to serve me papers. Its just a trick. Plus if everything they say is true, there would be court documents. Not a thing of course. They now left me a message saying they will now attempt to serve me at my job that went under over 5 years ago... Yeah ok.. go..lol u will find an empty business. REAL process services would know that kind of info before hand. All my debts are 7--10yrs old. So im sure this is a company trying to get old debt from a long time ago.

He called again to today - actually I think it was a different guy. He still eill not give the name of his company - now claims it's verifiaction. He was asked repeatly verifiaction of what? Just said the verification department - he was told we have a verification department in the next room, was he calling from there? He was informed by the office manager that the company will not allow him to serve papers on the premises, if he really has papers to serve he needs to do it another way. He proceeded to tell the girl that answered the phone that its about a lawsuit against me - she told him that she believed he was devulging information he was not allowed to give out. He pretty much shut up at that point and said that I needed to call him so I could be served.

I received this same message stating they wanted to serve me court papers but still wanted me to call and gave me a confirmation number.  Called my brother as a scare tactic but I'm turning them in to the Attorney General.  They are with the Brachfeld Law Group.

They called my office last Friday (using phone # 888-772-9134) and said I had 1 hour to contact them or they will serve me with a lawsuit. Said to the guy that answered the phone at work that it sure would be embarassing for me to get serve a lawsuit at my office. They called again today (from 888-772-9119) with the same line of bull.  When asked the name of the company he said it was "Process Verification". Also claimed that they tried twice on Friday to serve me (nobody showed up to my work that I know of). Wanted to know if there was any other way to reach me or find out where I was. He also tried to claim that he had  court documents. But when questioned further he hung up. Now my understanding is if a company has been hired to serve documents on someone, they have to serve them - not call and give the person they were suppose to serve a chance to buy their way out.

These people called me today asking for my wife.  They said she was listed as a trusted source to deliver papers being served to my ex wife of all people, to an address that she (my present wife) hasnt lived in for nearly 15 yrs!!!  No specifics, just that it was civil not criminal.  I called them back demanding answers.  The guy answered the phone "Corporate office" .  I then asked corporate office of what. He then said an rs company whatever that is.  They gave me a case # and all.  My question is this......why didnt they just search public record for my ex wifes address in the first place?  And how did my current wife get mixed up in the process since she doesnt even know her.  It has to be a scam, but still very un-nerving.......thx folks

I decide to call to let them know  that the person they are looking for me is not me and please remove my number. "Mr. Jones" answers after 1 ring and a beep. "Investigations". Some will even state that process servers are coming to your home the next day. I looked up the account they mentioned and it belonged to a now closed business and was so old, it didn't even appear on my credit score.

We also think it was actually paid years ago, but no longer have the records. My suggestion, when they call, get a contact info, then look up your credit info and see whats happening. In the real world...you get papers mailed to you that have been filed in your local court house. You DON'T get threatening calls with hidden names from ancient history.
