GHETTO RATS..? UMADBRO?

This company constantly calls every week with their number blocked and every msg. states that they got my number as a reference from my younger brother and they are trying to reach him to dispatch some important documents between the hours of 9am to 4pm.  They make it sound like it is a legal matter.  They have said the same thing every time they call.  This is going on a month now and guess what NO FREAKING PAPERS HAVE EVER COME TO THIS HOUSE!!! Not only do they call my cell phone each week, they then turn around when I don't answer and call my parents house.  I have ans. the phone twice and told them to stop calling and they have the wrong number. Yet they continue to call.

Got a call from 888-772-9524 that said they had documents needed to be signed for at an address that was from 7 years ago for my daughter but didn't say what it was for and said it needed to be signed for. I ignored that call and so far have not heard or seen anyone come to my door.

STOP  calling my number!! I don't know who you are or what you want!!

i receive numerous calls from this number, they have been leaving messages for someone i have never heard of. in the message they also state that if the phone # does not belong to the person they are requesting to go ahead and call them back and they will take care of it. ive done it 3 times now to no avail.

Got a call and voice message, so first thing I did was check the number 888-772-9524.  Glad I found this.  Suspected a scam.  Just don't call back.

This is the same person or strategy  the number 425 949 5920 uses, they claim they have a claim against someone named either "Taquiero Lopez", or "Joan Lopez"
This is the new strategy for anyone who recieves a call from them, call them back and Rick Roll them, play the Rick Astley "Never Gonna Give you up" You Tube video in retaliation for them!  HA HA HA HA!!!

These are nothing but ghetto rats with a toll free phone number calling to collect a bill. Any legal action they threaten is illegal for them to do. remind them of this should they call you. I just did. It was over a debt from 10 years ago. I these times they will always try to get a buck no mater how. Tell them that you need to know who they are and where they can be reached so your attorney can send the legal documents to them. "JAY" comes off as a jagoff from the get go and plays the run around game. You gotta love the ghetto rats and their tactics. When I told him that my attorney and the state's attorney would be in touch he hung up telling e I was trying to pick a fight. What a bunch of morons. No wonder they are jockeying a desk for minimum wage trying to get old debts that have long been settled collected.

I just received a phone call from a Mike Mallory asking if I would be at work betweent eh hours of 1-5 today i told him yes I would I assumed he was a client until he stated that he was a process server and I would be served with papers regarding a case. I asked what it was regards to and was given the phone # 1-888-772-9524 along with a case number. I have been threatened to be served many times in teh last 2 years and am still waiting patiently to see what this is about. I think they are full of it because if it was real they wouldn't tell me they were going to come serve me they would just do it and be done with it.

Received a call from this number with muffled wording of who she was calling for.  Left message I would be served papers between 9-4. This is illegal and I contacted our state attorney general and I am anxiously awaiting the visit.  Not sure what it is about but this must be occurring frequently to individuals.  Contact your top state legal office as well to stop this abuse.

So my grandmother got a call from this number for my wife and she called it back to figure out what it was about and spoke to an extremely rude man who answered with "Corporate office", then when i called the number it was answered with "J. Pervis", then after we looked the number up on google and found this web site we called the local P.D. and reported them and were instructed to contact the Attorney General consumer protection division. I then called them back and notified them of this and was hung up on. Would anybody be willing to share the file number they gave, reason being is that they also contacted my mother with the same file number that my wife got, 1071901

Wrong person admitted by the caller yet thy continue to call They have said they would remove my number yet every 2-3 months the call start with a new person who says they were not aware of the last contact and conversation.nf

I have received several calls from 888-772-9524 on my cell phone.  They leave a voice mail stating that employment information is being verified.  They have done this about 5 or 6 times.  Then, today they called my house and my neice answered and took a message.  She wrote down that they said I needed to call them within and hour or they would bring legal documents to the school where I teach.  I have bad vibes about this.  I got scared a couple of times and made payment arrangements to pay a similar company off, but it seems like every time a pay one off another one pops up with the same kind of claim.  I took out a payday loan years ago, and I paid it back willingly.  I believe these people are the same people who scared me into paying before, and now they are going to try it again.  This time I think I will tell them to serve me with the documents. What do you all think I should do?  All that is within me tells me that this is a scam.

i got a call from this number and they started threatening me .Even though i told him i'm not the correct person, he stared using filthy language..

They called my job and told them they were delivering legal papers for me. They told my job they were going to be there in one hour. They are harassing my job and I could get fired because of them.  I have tried to work with them but they demand to much.I

Multiple scam calls from this phone number.  The 3rd phone call was today and they threatened me with documents regarding my brother's ex-wife.  It's all nonsene.  Don't give them any of your information

These maggots keep calling me and leaving ignorant messages for someone else.  Guess I'm going to have to change my cell number.

Lady on phone said yes it sounds like a scam.  I
now have a reference  with them (TC) and
was told to contact my state attorney.
That is my next step.

They keep threatening to send me papers in the name of an ex-brother-in-law who's brother I divorced 20 years ago.  Please find these people and put them out of business.

I received a call on my cell for my brother!  And they called twice when I ignored the first call.  They gave me the number and "case number" which I passed on to my brother.  He found these posts and let me know.  Glad I never pass on any numbers, etc for my friends and family.

This number has called me at work several times regarding verifying my employment. They do not leave a name of the company but when you call back they immedialtely want my information. They will not tell whom they are representing. I think this is a scam, I went through one a few years ago similar to this.

Recieved calls from these rude people claiming I was being named in a lawsuit, for a credit card I never had.

I will call the better business beaur to give them the number they say they have paper on me but want tell me what it is for so I have to call the better business for investigation.

So these a**holes have been not only calling my cell phone but my wifes as well.  The robotic voice on the other end says that they have papers to serve to me and gave me a case number to refrence.  I tried to call the number back and all I get is a rude pain in the a** person at the other end.  I asked him what it was about and he refused to tell me.  I told him if he couldnt tell me what it was about or even give me a company name then I had nothing to do with them.  They proceded to tell me that they would issue a warrant for my arrest and I would be picked up at work.  When I asked if they had clearence to get on the military base I was stationed at they hung up.  Bunch of scammers.

Just got a private call from someone saying that they where a process server. I asked for what they said they didnt know and gave me the 888-772-9524 to call and a case number. Though from where i live these numbers dont work. I googled it and found these posts. Thank you.
