I am just amazed at how many stupid people on here give their account information over the phone to someone selling something.

You can reach their customer service representative at 1-888-469-6567.  I spoke with a lady named Nigee.  While she would not reverse the charge, she did cancel the account.  I advised her that I had blocked my credit card account from any further charges.  She agreed to resend the offered materials ($100.grocery  gift certificate)

Just called the other number listed above. I told him to please cancel it and refund the money. The charge was is supposedly non-refundable? The deal was supposed to be if he signed up for a free trial of three different magazines and get $100 in vouchers. Granted, like most trials, if you don't call and chance then you are charged. If he had received the magazines and forgot about it, then fine. Nothing received and the rep so no record of magazines and that the charge was just to receive the vouchers....really?. So My dad paid money for nothing? That's BS. He has already notified his bank about this scam.

My dad was convinced to do a trial for free magazines. Never received anything and his account was charged. I don't know if they called him from this number but when I checked his account the charge was listed as eastern reader magazine and when I looked that up it gave me this number.

i do no longer need your magazine at my address. please do not get money out of my account otherwise we will end up in court. no more of your magazine no more money from my account.

I had 3 1 dollar charges, plus a service called fun something and a shopers club bill of 20. came on my card too.

yes a welcome pack with  the gas cards, plus other stuff none came  then whjen i tried to cancel they said i owed 790 dollars and will cancel if i pay 89 70 so stupid me gave credit card i was crying and stressed, still up can't sleep because of this i am disabled they scammed my bad.

I was told an I pod, 100 in gas card and 7 magazines for 1st month of about 30 dollars then just single monthly i thought that meant 15 a month . no 29 90 got me for 4 nos no gas card noi i pod i am really annoyed, been scammed. i thinkit was a jason as well.

I am getting verbally abused by someone who's number shows up as 000-000-0000! And the person on the phone get mean and nasty to me!  The next thing I no my checking account is being attack and places with the phone numbers 888-469-6567, 888-409-5669 and 877-836-5909 are taking money out of my checking account! So watch out for these phone numbers to!!! And the names to watch out for are, Eastern Reader Magazine, Wiz Support, and MDG Subscriptions and another is MDG Marketing Inc. there number is 877-836-5909!!!!
I'm being threatening that if I don't agree to these places that my checking account will be charged money in the HUNDREDS!!!

They called me today upon seeing that I'd already called to cancel a while ago to confirm a few things and give me a 'better deal.' I told STEVEN HARRIS employee #2700 that I do not have the money, tht I meant it when I wanted to cancel (as I don't even recall signing up) and that I had to leave for school but he insisted on keeping me on the phone, saying it he was working on his birthday and was trying to 'help me.' I told him he was wasting bot of our time because I was ultimately canceling no matter what he asked me and he reiterated that he was only being helpful. After all of this, I look at my account and see another charge has been made in the amounts of $1 and $39.31. I am so annoyed! I'd clearly canceled once before, and again today and they STILL charged me! They will not answer the number they called from today (904) 248-3817  and they will not answer the customer service number (888) 779-3409. REFUND MY ACCOuNT AND CANCEL ME, what else do I need to say!?

These people called me WHILE AT WORK with something about me being entered into a contest, I told them I was at work couldn't really talk all that much and I got transferred to some loud talking guy who knew where I lived and all of my information and now there's a $1 charge on my account that won't go through (it means you didn't have enough for them to take $68) and everytime I call the number back I get hung up on..they said I could cancel in 3 days but how can I do that when no one will pick up the phone?! Very very pissed

First, they called me with this number in Beverly Hill, CA (424-239-5009). The lady was trying to convince me to go along with the deal of some magazines. Then I hung up, they called me back with this number (888-779-3409). Hate this stupid thing.

These people had my information? And said that it was ser up by the bank? They had my address and everything. I don't know what to do. They charged a dollar to my account already.

Out of nowhere I have been getting charges from this company. Looked up info on it and this is the only number I can find. Nearly $100 lost to something I didn't authorize. This is my business account so I can't just close it down and dispute.
