Received call at 1:12 pm Friday from a Dan Morgan from a processor's office regarding a Civil Complaint and a summons to appear.  This number was given as a call back number for an attorney.  The person named in complaint was given, the last 4 of the person's SSN, and the case number was also supplied.  When I called the number, got a general recorded phone message which did not identify an attorney.
