No bill yet-just junk in the mail today! There were about a dozen items! I've been trying to figure out where they came from. All the info is the return card which states you must have all of the mailing info, including the tracking no. it came with!~If or when I get billed for the stuff, I'm turning it over to our state attorney general's consumer dept. for their help. No one has ever asked me if I wanted any of this junk. I thought thre was a law that stipulated if you received something in the mail that you did not request that you did not have to pay for it? Are you telling me to look for more of this stuff?

They are slippery as snakes!! My credit card help said the only way to get out from under is to call them and cancel your account. You need the cancellation number which they delibertly withhold unless you expressly ask for it. Otherwise, "There is no record of your call," and it will continue. When ordering the "Free Sample" you unknowingly agree to their terms. For me, it is the very same as having a thug in a gang hold me up in the streets. It is apparently legal theft??

Found that its a promotional company. I found that my Fingerhut account was being billed and stopped it, also filed a complaint with Fingerhut. Waiting for a response from their legal department

I have been getting mags from freebiz for about four years. I have never had to given a card#. They have never charged me for anything. I have friends getting mags & they haven't had them charged to a card.

My Mom has received two items so far, and they have debited her cc!!! Since she is in Costa Rica, she can't just send anything back very easily, or contact her bank as easily, since her bank is in the States!! So far they have charged her $55 and then another $21 just today! I'm really worried about this!!! Any ideas anyone?

Our first of 15 packages just arrived...nothing that we ordered and no way to stop the shipments (the automated system does not provide any way to stop shipments and find out who ordered this stuff)...
am curious to know what ever happened with the wallet 'gift' if you received additional, how to resolve it. I called all of our credit card companies and no one has seen the charge yet.

I also did the freebiz thing from Buy.com and just did an e-mail address ect like you no CC #. I was expecting never to receive the 2gb free thumb drive, instead I just received a mini Ipod dock station from the location we are talking about. It took about 2 months for it to get here and I had forgot all about it.

Guys - I'm pretty sure this company is "FreeBizMag". They distribute business magazines and give gifts out for signing up on their site. I first found them through a Buy.com newsletter

I just got a 2gb USB drive from them but never gave them a CC# or anything.. just email address, company address, and job title a month or 2 ago.

Think back about stuff you may have signed up for online in the past.

Same thing happened to me.  What did you do with the stuff they sent?  I disputed the charge with AMEX

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem legally?  Thank god these people are not located in my home state I would be going to jail. They keep sending all these b***s*** items to our dauther who is a minor and who has no interest in these items. If anyone reading this has any solutions your input would be greatly appreciated.

I got these items through the mail because i filled in this form that said..because i had these points from time magazine or something, that i should use the points up before it runs out..i've been having problems with random things charged on my credit card related to 'tmx-thank you gifts' or something..but they have a different number associated with that charge..and then this small little postcard that came with the package (one of the items i picked) has the same exact information you wrote (jet), and no company name..just 'customer service center'

it's quite mysterious..
