hi, has anyone been able to reach them via phone in th US? I have been on hold/wait for over 30min and noone is picking up the phone..How can I get in touch with them to get a refund? what can the BBB do? they already have claims on the comp]any

I have called them many times and yes the line is open 9-5pm Eastern time (9am Eastern= 2pm GMT) but there is just a blank tone.

Does anyone know how to contact lean body burn from the UK as I too have been caught out by this scam.

I phoned my bank and they refunded me whilst I was on the phone.
I have tried to contact the company and have not had any look speaking to anyone!! Filled in the form, for zip code you have to put just the numbers from your postcode only and telephone number is + area code minus the 0 then the rest of your number as usual. Password is online. I have recieved a confirmation email so fingers crossed no more charges!

Hi the password I was told to use was....  online....    online is to be typed where it says password hope this helps.  I have cancelled by bank card and reported it to the bank as fraud.....they have sent me a new card but if anything else is taken out well it will be like red rag to a bull .... good luck

they just took 60  quid from my bank account, any ideas how 2 stop it happenin again?

I just got off the phone with Jen from lean body burn. I am fed up! This was my 3rd time calling them because everytime i call they say it will be 10-15 business days before i get the money debited back to my account. They also say they will foward this concern on to higher management to review but we can expect a refund. I think we have been played and we are never getting a refund. I mean they charged my account 2 days after i started the trial and they said oh it must have been a glitch you'll recieve your refund in 10-15 business days. Now 2 months later they are saying the same thing. Oh then on top of that they debited my acct again for 1.49 a week ago. WTF. Well i keep watching and anyone who get a refund let me know how u did it. My next step is filing my report too. Good luck to everyone.

I WAS CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN!! I CANCELLED THEM A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND NOW THEY HAVE REBILLED ME AS IF I JUST ORDERED FROM THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME. tHIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THIS TO ME. I AM TIRED OF TRYING TO GET THEM OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WAS PROMISED LAST TIME THAT I WOULD NEVER BE BILLED AGAIN. HOW CAN I TAKE ACTION AGAINT THEM?!

What was the outcome of this money being debited from your bank account? The same thing has happened to me from "leanbodyburn888787 Panama PA". I want to stop any further deductions. I think the only way is to close the bank account and go with another!

UK people Be carefull with just cancelling your credit card, I have just been told they can still take money from your account and it wont be classed as fraud as the detail where given to them!!!
