I keep getting calls from 888-789-7210. Can they be stopped?

Are you getting calls from 866-243-1618 or 888-789-7210?

Well let me help everyone out here! If you look up "YourInsuranceResults.com" under whois.net or other domain name search engines you will come up with two things. 1. A 23 year man named Jason Brain from Florida. 2. You come up with AutoCricket.com. Now you can do this one of two or three ways. Google Brian Jason (This one take a bit more investigation), go to AutoCricket.com, or Google AutoCricket.com. Either way you are going to come up with basically the same information. Now lets give a little insight on this guy... Okay, now we have something more to go on. But we discover that he is a again a 23 year old who worker for an auto dealer and after college so called formed a company that was designed to link insurance agents with people looking for insurance. Much the same way Lending Tree works for bank loans. So in just over 3 years, his company "Auto Cricket" in grossing $6 million annually.

Now seeing that his company is Florida based, we need to go to the Florida Secretary of State (S.O.S) If you don't know, all companies must file with the state SOS in which they operate in. Okay, now from a legal standpoint (and I am NOT a lawyer), a good thing to do is send a Cease & Desist letter to Mr. Brain Jason and or his buddies! Now when you do this, you want to send it certified mail so that you have proof. Then the next thing you want to do is file some complaints with a number of organizations/agencies. I know it's a pain in the butt, but if you took the time and energy to post here, then you have the time and energy to file some complaits.  Posting here only alerts others of the harrassing call and doesn't get any action started to put a stop to it. So go into Word and type up a simple letter stating who (what company called you) if they are calling your cell phone you will have a call log. List the dates and times they called and simply state they are harrassing you and the calls are unwanted!

Now with that you are going to quickly file mass complaints against them!

If you requested a quote for insurance online they are a company that supposedly writes inurance. I kept my insurance, but it sounds like they are head hunters for agencies to write policies.

I would like to report this number 888-789-7210.  They call at least twice a day, sometimes more and when I answer there is no one there.  I want this stopped.

Started getting calls with no one on line. Rings three times then stops and no message left. Traced to insurance quote.com. They contacted me severial times using email. When I removed them from my email they started calling my phone.

These a***s keep calling me all day, every day and they dont leave messages, they just keep calling. They will call, hang up, then call back again, then hang up, wait 5 minutes and call again. Then its every 15 minutes. This goes on and on all day long til after 9pm!!
This is HARASSMENT! They are NOT legally allowed to call more than once a day and yet I get around 20-50 calls a day!
What the hell makes them think that I am going to be interested in THEIR insurance when they do such crap?
Get a fricken life already and leave people the hell alone. IF we were interested we would contact them!
Oh and my phone number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!! GREAT HELP THAT S*** IS!

I get about 6 calls a day from them. Never leaves a voicemail, and I don't answer when I'm at work. I finally called the number back, and it was something like Insurance Quotes Online .com or at least something very similar to that name. Jenna answered before I even heard a ring. I politely told her I would like off of their call listing. She confirmed my number and said she would remove me right away. Very quick, very professional... now let's see if I actually get removed.

I am sick of these callers.  Every morning, every night, it rings twice and if you pick up, no one is there.  I text back today with a name and number for them to call and the police will handle the harassment for me!!  They need a job!!

FYI: the reason why sometimes nobodys on the other line is b/c the computer dials several #'s at a time and whoever answer first is who the co speaks with...i used to work w/ a co just like them

I kept getting calls and as I was on this site, they called again.  I finally answered.  It was about insurance quotes.

They just keep calling several times a day - every day - day after day - no message left and nobody wants to speak when I pick up.

spammed with this phone number many times of the day and evening for three weeks in Dec 2010.

Keeps calling and never leaves a message.  Thing is I know this is not someone looking for Need as I have only just had my number changed to this on Verizon.  

Kinda sad if it is Just insurance they can't just leave a message.
